Our family loves coming here! The staff & owners are always nice, super polite & ready to help. They keep the restaurant clean & they cook your food AFTER you order it so you know it’s hot & fresh. If you haven’t been, GO, get some cheese fries while you’re there! They don’t salt their fries, but I do. We get our cheese on the side because we love dipping, but you do you!

Stopped by today, it’s been awhile since we’ve been there. My only challenge was mastering the kiosk. The dining room was clean and in order. My double steak burger combo was hot off the grill. The beef is wagu and tasted great. Great upgrade along with the Beef Tallow fries. Overall it was a pleasant lunch. We’ll be back more often. Prices were consumer friendly as well.

We hadn’t been to a Steak ‘n Shake in a very long time so we were new to the kiosks for ordering. The manager greeted us immediately upon entering the restaurant. He explained how to use the kiosk and explained about how we can earn $2 back for every $20 spent. He didn’t have to but helped me with the trays in bringing them to our tables. The burgers were amazing. The 5 way chili was excellent !! The managers wife works there and was very kind. Overall a great experience, very courteous, clean, and welcoming! Thanks again and Merry Christmas!!

I make a habit of stopping by when I’m in the area.
I have never had a bad experience at this location, my orders have always been accurate and the staff have always been very friendly. At most I have waited about 5 minutes for my order, reasonable considering everything is made when ordered.

I fondly refer to these as Steak and Wait. Some day I aspire to work at one, only for a day, so I can learn the secret of why it takes 15 minutes to make a shake. I’ve never understood it and they are consistent in it. The shoestring fries have always been good and served up hot. I don’t know if beef tallow made the fries better but it certainly hasn’t hurt.

Been here multiple times, today I had an order for dine out (accidentally put dine in on there online menu thing) got a shake and it was in a glass so I told them I meant to put dine out if they had a take out cup I could use, rudely took the cup and rolled her eyes. Got my shake back overflowing and a mess and rudely handed backed to me. Fries were cold almost old, didn’t get the fresco sauce I ordered, shake was VERY running almost water, fresco melt was not grilled and tasted horrible. Not sure what went on tonight but 0/10 service today. All employees rude and food was bad.

We really appreciated Brandon’s cheerful and helpful disposition while giving us our food in the drive-thru window. He never complained, even as we felt sorry for him for working during the Super Bowl. Brandon is a class act!

Pretty good. First time being at a steak n shake in almost 20 years. A lot has changed. The menu is different, and the service aspect was way over-automated, there was no cashier at all it was all kiosks, and to even get a drink you had to scan a ticket, absolutely annoying. Also there was no table service provided at all and when checking out it had the audacity to ask for a tip, for what?! Food was awesome however.

My boyfriend and I went inside to order meals to go since the drive thru was packed and the entire team was super friendly including the manager! This is the second time I’ve had steak and shake in the last couple months and I have to say this locations quality has gone up dramatically and the staff has both times been very friendly!
