I just stopped by for a Reese’s cup shake and the ordering was quick and easy at the kiosk. The shakes here are very good and I love the glass it is served in of you dine inside. The order was completed quickly and I sat at a clean table. I am always glad when a restaurant is clean. The shake was delicious.

Yesterday was 11/9/25 and somebody was working in here with purple beads in the hair. Please NEVER FIRE THAT PERSON. These were the softest, hottest, BEST MADE BURGERS EVER. Very nice service. Even closed our bag perfectly. I trust the person making my food on ANY DAY. When I say the fries were fresh, the burger was like the picture on the menu. I would never lie .. look at my google review account, ive left reviews on places Ive visited in multiple states. I do not know this chef personally but if i had a franchise I would hire this person. Just for that, I am going back over there tonight for burgers and shakes. I will choose this steak and shake location for a burger and shake over mcdonalds and burger king around here. Ordered 3 meals none were correct. One had no lettuce or onions(was informed after I questioned that they were out of lettuce nothing about the onion). The other 2 meals were bacon double cheese steak burgers, they did not put bacon on it. When brought to their attention was told oh I must have forgotten the bacon and was handed 4 strips of cold bacon. The only part of the order that was correct was the fries. Even the drinks would only dispense half a med cup when I ordered a med drink.

Food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is always fast and friendly, even with special requests. Management is top notch here. The deliver, which works well, even though it’s a very short drive. They are willing to go above and beyond! Very refreshing this day in age. Always making improvements or cleaning inside and out. This particular franchise is under fairly new ownership and I was there for the first time in quite a while. It was tremendous. The double steak burger and onion rings were great and the chili was fantastic. The location was even doing a Dine & Donate that day with 97.5 WONE and donating 25% of their day’s sales to the Valor Home of Summit County. I highly recommend trying them again if you haven’t been there lately and surely try them for the first time if you’ve never.

So I just want to first state that the food was actually good. However, the restaurant itself was gross. We went in to eat and there wasn’t a single table that was cleaned. The ceiling was absolutely disgusting. You can tell there is long time water seepage that has been ignored by the building owners. Drink station was a mess. No cups in the dispensers, just a stack on the side that had dirt and hair on them. If you go here, get it to go if you want to keep your appetite.

Wow! Walked in today with my family for dinner. They have completely gotten rid of all wait staff! You now have to put your order into a kiosk (even if it’s dine-in) and then walk up to get your order once it’s done. The whole experience felt SO impersonal! Then, after ordering & before paying, the kiosk had the nerve to ask if I wanted to add a tip…for WHO??? I’m not tipping when there’s not a waitress. The food was good still, but not sure how often I’ll be back now. Steak n Shake just keeps cutting corners and this was too far. People go in for the experience AND the food. Now it’s just the food. Also, we had a hard time finding a clean table to sit at. Most looked clean until you walked up close. Ridiculous.
