I ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger from this location. This is what I got. 1/2 piece of bacon. 1/2 piece!!!! And I had to pull up and wait about 5 minutes for my cheeseburger with 1/2 piece of bacon. Wth?!

Great food! We’ve loved S&S since they switched to tallow. But this one is really poorly managed. We come frequently and always have to wait for our food, even when they aren’t busy. But today was especially bad when the lady who took our order accused my husband of lying. He paid cash and we pulled forward to wait for our food. She came out with the receipt and said she was pretty sure she gave him the wrong change. He pulled out his wallet and showed her the bills she’d given him as change but since he had other cash in his wallet she said, “well, I definitely gave you more ones than what you showed me” and stormed off. We’ve been willing to wait for food. But being treated so poorly and rudely means we’ll be going to a different location or grabbing food at a different restaurant.

These people possibly just poisoned our daughter. They ordered food in the drive thru and were requested to pull ahead to wait for food after paying. An employee came out to car and asked how much change he was given in return. He paid with a $50 bill and got $27 back. He even showed them the $27 that the employee gave to him. Employer stormed off mad accusing him of lying. They then delivered the food and within 15 minutes my daughter started throwing up. She already has chronicle illnesses and we help take care of her. I called a friend who is a cop and he said it would be very hard to prove. You make your own conclusions.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 mins waiting for my order to be taken. And the person immediately greets me with an attitude, so I just left. The grove city location always has very kind employees. I will continue to skip georgesville since the employees hate their job anyway.

I had a very poor experience at the drive-thru. From the very beginning while placing the order, the employee seemed annoyed and rude, and that attitude continued throughout the entire interaction, especially when it was time to order and pay. She was sarcastic and unprofessional. We were trying to order a triple burger, and my husband simply wanted to confirm that it was the correct one he chose. She responded sarcastically, saying something along the lines of “that’s the only burger we have,” which was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. On top of that, she did not know how to apply a coupon from the app and made no effort to help or find a solution. Due to the poor treatment, we decided to leave without making a purchase. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and the staff clearly needs better training

Wow I should’ve read the reviews before visiting this location and eating my food! I ordered online and waited a few minutes and showed up the place was not busy at all but I still had to sit and wait nearly 15minutes for my order and in that time I did see some questionable sanitary practices in the kitchen not to mention the workers are rude as hell hopefully I dont start having any of the symptoms that people in the other reviews have had.

DONT EAT HERE! They accused me of lying (see my wife’s review) and lo and behold 20 minutes later my wife is throwing up in the car and is still throwing up. Unfortunately I can’t prove it, but based on the several bad experiences I have, and the fact that the lady accused me of taking too much change, it seems like they did something to our food. Whether they did something to it or it just happened to give her food poisoning, either way, do not eat here!!!!

I ordered online, you forgot one of my orders and I’m calling for 5 minutes with it ringing and the staff is ignoring the phone. I want my money refunded. Answer the phone, this is unprofessional and weird.
Then after letting the phone ring for 7 minutes someone answered and hung up. Somebody needs to be fired.
