I am new to the area and the first time I came to this location I was asked to pull around and I waited over half an hour before my meal came out, with only one other person at the store waiting. Tonight i decided to give them another try despite my poor experience previously. I was very disappointed that I waited in the drive thru with an employee laughing in the intercom saying she would be right with us. It took ten minutes before the employee told me it would still be another 20 minutes before I could even place my order. I will not be returning to this location as the team members have zero customer service skills and the wait time for FAST FOOD is ridiculous. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes to even place my food order, I wouldn’t be choosing fast food. Save yourself the wasted time and trip and choose somewhere else!!

No customer interaction. There was no Diet Coke, but couldn’t ask anyone for help. Place was freezing. My kids and I ate outside in the parking lot. Slower service.

They’ll make sure to tell you they don’t have large cups …but lack the common sense to just give you a medium & small to correct it.

Filthy restroom. Very bad and long neglected. Can’t wash hand with soap. Paper towel roll on counter, wet. Drink machine is self help-fill. It has a secret to getting dispensed. I had large got a half content. Could not get it to full. That is one of the tricks. The two staff are pleasant and trying. Experience they are lacking. I wish them the best in growth. Food, sandwiche was the norm for a melt. Fries ok. Dr Pepper was half.

This is the worst steak and shake out there. Be prepared to wait AT LEAST 15 minutes for your food. No milkshakes half the time… as they hand you your bag they say things like “we don’t have the cheese sauce” after I already paid for it. Never can get an order right. Was missing my pickles. It’s just a mess do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

An employee told us the dinning room was closed for eating in even though the sign on the door stated their was still 45 minuets until closing. I spoke with the manager on duty who shrugged her shoulders. When I submitted a complaint online I was ignored.

I am so upset with my experience here today. I placed an order through the online website. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:12 however, I did not get my food until 12:28. Making me late for work.
There was not a single soul in the restaurant or in the drive-through, yet I was left waiting for that long. When I got my food, I tried my drink and it was nothing but soda water so I had to go through the drive-through and have them replace it.
My fries were not fresh and extremely greasy and limp. I ordered three cheese sauces and only received two which were only filled a quarter of the way. I paid a dollar per sauce…. This is unbelievable. I just want my money back. My burger did not have the right toppings on it either, and it was supposed to be a double.
I will be contacting a manager.

Showed up in the last hour. They informed me they didn’t have milkshakes… Or regular soda pop. Food was good but wish they’d have gone the extra mile or told everything was broke down for the evening. Telling me you don’t have something that’s in your name isn’t going to win me over.
