Wonderful food, great value, only down side is they changed from having waitresses to kiosks. Not a fan. I wanted to give a tip on my bill for the quality of the food was worth it. Now it’s not even an option.

Ngl I never usually rate places publicly on this app, but the food and vibe here was so wonderful that I had to force my shy self to post. The food here is awesome (my friends think I find everything delicious tho but now’s not the time), the vibes were unmatchable, and the people were really nice! I usually come here with my friends to hang out and chat and Steak ‘n Shake is usually the first establishment that comes to mind when I think of cool dinners. Wish there were more restaurants like this around me 🙂

It had been a while since I have been to a Strak and Shake and I am glad we stopped. I Had a great visit to Steak ’n Shake thanks to TJ, the manager. He was incredibly friendly and made me feel like my experience really mattered. The food was good, the restaurant was clean, and the service stood out. Highly recommend!

Food and service was wonderful as always. The only problem with the atmosphere was the clash between the music in the customer area and the music in the employee production area. We constantly heard both which was quite distracting. Might I suggest the employee music be turned down so it can not be heard in the customer seating area

My kids truly enjoy coming here. All the staff is very friendly and their manager TJ is amazing. One of our times we did take out and I came too earlier for my pick up and TJ personally delivered to my car when the food was ready and had a drawing and crayons for my son to color.

Honestly, so impressed. I never would’ve thought I would be writing a review for Steak n Shake but here I am. TJ, I believe his name was, serviced us at the window and was so friendly and kind. Food was piping hot and came out fast! Hard to find service like this anymore in the fast food game. Well done!

I haven’t dined here in years. But I kept hearing about and seeing billboards about the switch to Beef Tallow. And I could taste the difference immediately. Delicious . Everything was Delicious. And as always Amazing Shakes! And TJ was the manager on duty the day of my visit. What a wonderful individual!! He actually interacts and talks to the customers. Talking with him was as enjoyable as my meal! I can’t wait to come back. Thank You TJ keeping true customer service alive.

This was literally the best time I’ve EVER had at steak and shake. The service was immaculate. The food was jaw dropping. The chairs are very comfortable. The atmosphere is very inviting. I love that’s its 24 hours. Peyton Brooks was the manager tonight and he was THE best manager I’ve ever met in my whole entire life. He deserves a raise IMMEDIENTLY! He sat and chatted with us and made us feel very welcome. It was definitely the highlight of this steak and shake trip. Peyton even let us meet one of the cooks which was amazing to see the mastermind behind this michelin star level food. I ordered the bitcoin burger and I swear to God it was the best burger I’ve even eaten in my whole entire life. I would recommend steak and shake to anyone in a heartbeat. I was not bribed to write this review, I did it on my own accord.

A great and clean Steak and Shake. Everything tastes delicious, especially steak burgers and chili. Service is fast, but their servers often forget to put napkins and sauce in the takeout bag. But there is a self serving station where there are a lot of sauce and napkins.

As we walk in there is no greeters or servers, it’s all self serve. That would be fine but it takes away the dine in and 1950’s vibe. Food was pretty good but my burger was disgusting, I ordered the sauteed onions and grease completely drenched my burger bun. If you touched the bottom bun it would rain, everything else was good. I would definitely get some servers and greeters but overall OK experience but a bit disappointing.
