The manager is very sweet and kind. You order off the kiosk and they greet you when you first walk in. All around the staff is amazing and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Definitely 10/10 recommend this location in specific.

Chantel worked the dinning are hard, cleaning up and asking if guest needed anything refill ketchup anything! There’s no cashiers you have to order your own food, but they definitely take care of you after you get your food and you’re sitting down and eating. The food was hot and delicious and the service was amazing.

Food was delicious! The team cooking behind the counter was awesome! Fresh food! But the restaurant was kind of dirty. Which was surprising. But the reason I am not giving full stars is because the manager is weird, she kept coming over to talk to my husband and kept trying to get his attention, she is an older woman. Then when SHE messed up our order she blamed the young adults working behind her. (I had to repeat it to her several times) we’ve been back since and had other great experiences she just gives off the creeps. If I were her I would focus less on the mail customers and more on how she presents her self. Grungy dirty clothes doesn’t not look good as a supervisor of an establishment. Young adults or teens in the kitchen were fast and thorough.

No waitresses just a kiosk. Did not like that. The staff ignored 2 very nice ladies asking for help with the kiosk, so I went up and helped them. . Another older couple had trouble ordering. The kiosk system is so impersonal. The food was good.

Are you kidding me? Wow! I live in DC spending the weekend at our lake house and I’ve had the best overall experience in customer service ever. Nicole from New York is a star as a business person with lots of employees I would give anything for them to be be fast, pleasant, helping at every turn! This should be a 6* review!! If I open a business in Paris one day, I would attempt to hire her. Don’t take this talent lightly. A Star, who exceeded all expectations.
