Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!
Order a burger thinking “butter burger” is a normal burger (like if you go to Culver’s and order a burger, it’s called butter burger) with only cheese, bacon, and tomato. It comes out and has onions and a thick glob of white stuff. Take a bite, spit it out, right as someone was walking by asking how it was. Tell them it’s disgusting with a huge glob of white nastiness, they say they’ll make another one and take receipt. Some rude lady comes over saying that’s butter, we show her the thick glob and she’s like mmhmm… walks away and doesn’t give receipt back, nor makes another burger.
No one wants to eat a partial stick of butter.
Other people with us and they haven’t even received their food yet waiting 20mins already and no one in the place. Not even the shame!

As always the food is so hot, fresh and yummy at this location. The staff is so friendly and happy to be there even near closing when they’ve worked a long, hard shift, they have the best attitudes and are so helpful. The manager is attentive and answered all of my questions about product availability well. The restaurant was clean and the experience was fantastic overall. We ordered the new garlic burger (double patty) combo, a garlic burger Al a Carte and a kids meal along with two PB and banana milkshakes . Thumbs up and lots of stars!

Went through there for the 5th time to get a pup cup (hasn’t been a problem any other time I’ve been through there) and the lady when we got to the window goes “how am I supposed to charge you for something we don’t even do” and then didn’t say another word the rest of the time we were at the window. “Thank you” no response. “Have a nice night” slammed the window on us. Absolutely rude.

I’ve always enjoyed eating at Steak ‘n Shake and this location has always been my favorite location. The food was good this visit, as always. My cheeseburger had a great flavor and the fries were equally as good. My Dad enjoyed Steak ‘n Shake and we visited regularly. Each visit has memories of when he was still here. Thanks for another great visit.

Fast service, Hot Food, complete order and good milk shakes late.. I came within a hour of closing (breaking my own rules) I don’t usually enter FF restaurant or any restaurant within a hour of closing, for many reasons. No issues no attitude. Service with a smile. Thank you I’m stuffed

I ate lunch here on 11/28/25. There is no service. You order from a kiosk, get your own drinks, pick up your own food and bus your own table. The kiosk suggests 18%-22% tip. Do they understnad what a tip is for? They have installed new drink machines with only 1 diet soda. You have to scan your reciept to get soda to come out of the machine but nobody tells you this. I watched as 6 out of 7 of the next customers fumbled trying to figure out the drink machine. Very frustrating. I onced liked S&S now I guess I’ll stick with Freddy’s.

The patties were salty, fries are too thin, but it seems more of a signature style for them.
There was no contact with the employees other than having the tray of food placed on the counter for you.
The bun broke off quickly & so it made the burger messy to eat. The bacon was paper thin and didn’t have much flavor.
I did not order a shake but they looked delicious from afar.

First time here! We had steak Burger combo’s with a milkshake , it was great! I’ve never had a shake that smooth and creamy. Yeah, we will come again. If you’ve not tried them , come check it out yourself, I don’t think you will be disappointed. Nuff said..

The lady we spoke with at the drive through was so nice. I burger was pretty good. I didn’t realize there were onions, so that’s on me. Love the blackberry chocolate chip shake. I got a small, the whipped cream takes up a lot of space.

First time I’ve been in since COVID. It’s weird now because you order your own food and pick it up at the counter. Counter lady was super nice and food was good. Nutella shake was delicious.
