Went through the drive through and was told this is a large milkshake, then get home and come to find it’s barley a medium or even the right cup. Would love a new “LARGE” shake if possible especially for nearly 6$

Every time I visit my parents, I make it my business to devour one of Steak n Shakes meals. Service is great, food is amazing and the price is right. I usually use the drive through however last week my mother and I decided to eat in and the place was clean, our table was spotless did not go unnoticed. Thank you Steak N Shake!

Worst Biglari owned restaurant in Orlando. We were served uncooked chicken tenders, the outside was a light gold and inside were a pink raw chicken, mind you a child was about to eat this. We asked for a new order and we were given overcooked and burned tenders with the grease still dripping into the tray. Absolute worst experience at any Steak and Shake restaurant. Will absolutely never return here and I recommend for health and safety reason to eat elsewhere.

In my experience, they have always been great here! The food is super hot and the milkshakes are thick and full of flavor. What tops it off is the sweetest staff members are super bright and just make your day. I’m never there for longer than 5 mins as the food is always ready and I’m out.
