We got the meal deals; the double burger, single butter burger, tallow fries, and upgraded to chili fries and onion rings. The butter burger is mainly 1 tablespoon of cold butter on a regular burger. I rate the double burger and tallow fries at the top. The onion rings were a bit doughy. You can add a special sauce for more but I passed on that. I did not give a 5 star because it was 2pm and the bathroom toilet was not clean and ran out of handsoap in the handicap stall. But for the price and ambiance, it was well worth it. We will be back to try other items.

Came here for lunch with some of my friends, and we all really enjoyed it. We were able to order quickly and after, we only had a little wait until we were able to get our food. The food was more than the worth of their price being so good. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, can’t wait to come back another day!

I actually like the new order at the counter and they bring it out to you thing. Feels relaxing to me. Claudette keeps the place super clean and was so nice bringing us our food and helping us feel drinks. This is fast food with extra service and deliciousness!

Waited at least 15 minutes behind one car at the window this evening with no movement or food going out. Should have left. No apology about the wait or anything from the young woman at the window, when I eventually got up there. In fact, she said nothing at all, aside from the amount, not even have a good evening at the end. She wore an attitude and looked annoyed to be there. Really rude and awkward experience. Checked the bag before driving off. They forgot the ketchup that I had asked for when ordering. Had to ask again for that.
Fries were old and cold, not filled up, and the grease tasted off. Garlic double steakburger was lukewarm, but still tasted pretty good. Diet coke was watered down. No napkins in the bag.
If I wanted to wait 15 minutes for food, I’d go to Culver’s across the street and get something hot and freshly made with friendly service.
This location has been fine in the past. Just bad service today. They’re better than this. I’ll give them another try again sometime in the future, but not for a while.

We found a drug filled syringe in the driveway thru and reported it to an employee. He immediately told the manager, and she immediately responded with gloves and removed it.
Oh yeah, and my food and shake were on point. Like always.
