Great food!! My favorite place to grab a bite to eat! The fries are the best 😉 Renee J is absolutely amazing! She greeted us and explained she is the host. Renee is friendly, sweet and extremely helpful! You can tell she loves her job and that is rare these days! She is on the floor with the customers. I witnessed her go above and beyond multiple times, besides for myself and my daughter! She is absolutely, FABULOUS!
So besides stopping jn for a great burger and amazing fries, I highly recommend stopping in and meeting Renee J 🙂 if you don’t know her already!

Took my kids to Steak ’n Shake last night and happened to run into a small car meet in the parking lot. Honestly, it was a great experience. My kids were so excited waiting for their food and getting to look at all the cool cars parked outside. They were smiling the whole time.
Everyone was respectful, it felt like positive community bonding, and it brought families together rather than causing problems. It also wasn’t late at all—people were already leaving around 10pm.
I’m not sure why anyone would complain about this when it clearly doesn’t happen every night and was handled well. We had a great time and would love to see something like that again. Steak ’n Shake did a great job hosting a welcoming environment for families and the community.

The food was good but there is a manager by the name of Renee that I observed speaking very poorly to an employee that had just walked in. I was shocked and took my food to go, it turned my stomach. I would not allow anyone to treat me let alone a child (he appears young) in that manner. I felt bad for him. He remained cool and she kept antagonizing him. I’m a frequent customer on Sundays and this has not been the first time I’ve overheard her speaking to her employees like that. This time was the icing on the cake. This should be investigated further. Very toxic environment for employees. It’s truly saddening to see them just take it because they don’t want to speak up and get fired perhaps. Steak n Shake please hold your managers to a higher professional standard. Even if this is a fast food industry you should always remain professional and speak to others respectfully.

This is the 3rd time I ordered from this location & the good taste like crap you can definitely tell it’s a different cook there. The patty is salty and dry and just thrown together . I use to go here all the time and no problems but now it’s like the cook is getting lazy money wasted

The cleanest nicest steak and shake on earth. I picked up someone else’s order and had to go back. The smell in there was immaculate. The cleanliness, the promptness of service and the quality of the food are on par with any fine eating establishment in the area. This location isnt your average S&S. The manager Saul came out and greeted us personally and the whole experience was amazing. What a gem in the fast food workd especially in today’s world. Stop by if you have a chance.

Let’s start with… I went through the drive thru. I placed my order which was two meals, got to the window, and was paying. All I had was a 100 dollar bill, they said they don’t accept 100s and was told they can hold the order for me… I stated it won’t be fresh by then, girl stated they will cook it when I get back. So I’m like, that’s fine, I drove across the street through rush hour to buy something just to break a 100 from the gas station. I drive back, and I go through the drive thru line again. Advised I’m back with change. I get to the window after waiting again..I just asked “for the hassle, can I get some fries” girl tells me to tell the manager. So I told him what happened, with the situation, and he is like we never accept 100 dollar bills ever. I literally come to this place like 5 to 8 times a month with nearly the same order every time and have paid with 100s many other times. He got quiet and they told me to pull up. He brought the food to the car, order was completely wrong(which I noticed when I got home) , only thing that was hot was the “free extra fries he gave me”.
Started eating… Then my wife gets to near the end of her sandwich, notices there is a blonde hair and something else like they did it out of spite… Or didn’t like i asked for something due to the hassle of them lying they don’t take hundreds.

Me and my daughter went to this location and ordered food inside at the kiosk. My daughter accidentally put dine in instead of curry out. We ordered on separate kiosk. My daughter’s food was brought out as if we was dining in and we told the server that it was meant to be a carryout out order. First off my daughter got the wrong size fries. I don’t believe it was a service fault and she was told by what I believe is the manager. To bring us all the curry out stuff for us to pack up our own food. Also, my daughter ordered two milkshakes in the manager told us that we had to put our own milkshakes in the cups. I understand it was a mistake on my daughter‘s end on putting dine in instead of curry out. But I feel like it was terrible service of someone to tell us that we have to pack her own food and pour our own milkshakes and cups. Also with my food, I ordered a cheese cup for my fries and my cheese cup was thrown upside down it’s in my bag. On top of that, my burger was dry. This was a very bad experience at this restaurant and I do believe some changes need to be made at this restaurant.

Came to have dinner with family when enter was greeted by a young man name Joesph. He was very up lifting and eager to help and welcomed us like we was at home. He assisted in getting high chair for my infant and also helped with cleaning the table as we was done. Honestly it has been a very long time since I have seen staff member out front being so helpful and keeping the area very clean. Thank you sir I hope they keep you around !!!
