This was my first time at a Steak n shake in years and it felt surreal. No servers! Just someone standing at the front to make sure you can get through ordering on the kiosk. Your name gets called and you get your own drink by scanning a QR code from your receipt. I sat in the back at first but I moved bc I could smell the cleaner from the bathroom. They have a bitcoin burger and you can pay in bitcoin. That’s insane. The beef tallow fries were better than the old fries but they are still the shoestring kind. Overall it was good but just a weird experience. Burger was good… Apparently for a mere $10k you can start your own franchise too hahah wild.

I love this place because of the high quality ingredients including beef talo instead of toxic oils and cane sugar instead of corn syrup. Service is always slow because orders are made to order and that takes time with quality ingredients. So the drive thru gets backed up, but it worth the wait, my health is worth the wait. The employees are friendly and kind, the interaction is always a happy one. It’s a litte pricey but again, you get what you pay for, nurishing food that won’t kill you.

Burgers are good. It’s a clean environment. Service is robotic & impersonal since you order using a kiosk. I did not get a shake but I’ve heard they are good. Burgers are too skinny but flavorful. My favorite is the skinny crispy fries. In order to get a drink you have to scan your receipt.

I was greeted by the cook and Mj an amazing employee that took her time to help me and my wife order food , I can only speak on my own accord but this establishment is one for the books very futuristic vibe and amazing music background also someone needs to acknowledge the cook and MJ she deserves her own chain to run I guarantee you because of Mj professionalism and courtesy I will be bringing my business here from now on and I will personally send people to this location PLEASE GIVE MJ AN AWARD OF SOME KIND EITHER A RAISE OR A MANAGMENT POSITION I WILL BE CALLING CORPERATE TO LET THEM KNOW HOW AMAZING MJ IS

Going Places
Walked in and ordered right away, even though it wasn’t busy at all not one employee acknowledged we were even there and had to order on the touch pad at counter. Everything looked clean enough from a distance, but once we got a foot or two away all the grease, fingerprints, smudges, and marks from cups and food are hard to miss. Once we noticed how nasty it was it was to late as we already ordered. Food came out after a little wait, not hot, but at a decent temp. We ordered cheese fries, but didn’t receive them, so I went to the counter to get help. That took a bit as employees seem to not want to interact with customers. Gave him my receipt to get the fries we ordered. After recieving the cheese fries I asked to have my receipt back, it was crumped us with oil stains pulled out of the trash and handed back to me. Overall, not happy with my experience here and would not recommend this place to anyone. I would recommend going else where.

I hadn’t been to Steak and Shake in some time so I was surprised when I entered to see that they had put in kiosks got rid of the weights staff and took out the Lunch Counter. It seems they’ve taken out the human aspect of the restaurant and practically no human interaction place your order at a machine they bring it out that’s about it I’m not too crazy about that but I suppose you do what you have to do to stay in business these days. You can still see the burgers being made and the shakes are still great and so are the hamburgers but I’m not too crazy about the changes when you take out the human aspect it’s just a cold heartless kind of place. If you want to grab a burger and get in and get out I suppose it’s great I suppose. I will go back cuz they do have great Burgers and Shakes but it’s kind of cold and heartless now.

Exceeded our expectations. The presentation of the food was superb. It tasted great. The milkshakes were the best we have had in a long time. Will definitely be back. Wow. Updating 1 year later. This has become our favorite fast food restaurant. Love everything about the place.

I went through the drive-thru today and had a very unpleasant experience. The employee with braids and light skin was extremely rude. When I asked for my receipt, she handed me my food, so I asked if the receipt was in the bag. She replied “yeah” with a strong attitude and then slammed the window shut. There was no courtesy at all—no “have a great day” or anything. Customer service like this is disappointing, and if interacting with customers is a problem, she may be better suited for a non–customer-facing role.
