Great food great service. I ordered the meal deal of double steak burger with fries. Great price and for great food. The service was fast and friendly. Dining area was great for our large group. Definitely will be coming here again.

Not impressed. Ordered 2 double bacon burgers, and neither burger had bacon. Asked for mustard, pickle, lettuce & tomato and no bun on one. Didn’t get the pickle. Initially, I thought the mustard heart was cute until I realized there had to have been 1/4 cup of mustard slathered all over the burger patty below the lettuce. I didn’t ask for extra anything. The large onion rings were only half-filled. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because I had ordered here before, and it was at least better. But even then, they inverted the condiments on the burgers, but at least we got the bacon, a full large onion ring, and didn’t get half a bottle of mustard on one burger. Won’t be back, that’s for sure.

The manager at this location today december 19/2025 at 2:38 pm was a very rude man. Throwing me back my money because I was paying in quaters. He throw the money back at me demanding another form of pay. When I asked his name he replied Justin no apology no explana why he couldn’t take my money. Came to my window and was very rude as well delivering the food.

To be honest for me this isn’t it. Decided to try this for dinner, just because we always pass by it and we always say we should try this place see what they have! We ordered the snickers shake but honestly this was pure sugar for me!! I couldn’t even finish it. We ordered the Original Double Steakburger with Cheese Combo and fries. The fries were great not to salty but yeah I’m sorry the burger wasn’t it either. Felt like a White Castle burger but White Castle is a little better in my opinion. Maybe if we try something else next time but not sure if I’ll be coming back any time soon.

I was intimidated by having to order from the kiosk. I was concerned that my order may not turn out right. I also couldn’t understand why the drink machine didn’t work. Another customer had to tell me how to scan the bar code to make it work and that I had to get it fast. That was kind of uncomfortable going there the first time .

Today was my first time visiting and trying the food. The staff was friendly and very helpful. When the food came out the employee helped my friend bring the food out to the table. The ordering process was simple. You order and pay on the kiosk. You even get a ticket to fix your drink which made things easier and smooth for everyone. The restaurant was really nice and very clean. Definitely will be back if I ever come back to Florida.
