I stopped by Steak ’n Shake on South Orange Blossom and had a really solid experience.
I ordered the Western BBQ Bacon Combo with medium beef tallow fries and a regular self-serve drink. Everything came out fresh and hot. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and loaded with crispy bacon and BBQ sauce that wasn’t overpowering. The fries were perfectly salted and crispy — you can definitely taste the difference with the beef tallow.
The restaurant was clean, the kiosk ordering was quick and easy, and the food came out fast. For the price (just over $11), it’s a great value for the quality and portion size.
Overall, a satisfying meal and I’d definitely come back again.

Just left Chili’s and honestly? 10/10 experience.
The environment was calm and relaxed, the food came out fast, and everything we ordered was delicious. But the real standout was our waiter, Sean. EXTREMELY attentive—drinks were refilled before we even thought about asking.
Even the dessert was BANGING.
His service was so good that I made a point to tell his manager how phenomenal he was. That kind of attention and care is rare, and it made the whole experience top-tier. We’ll definitely be back.

Drive through rushed me, argued with me at the window, gave me half a small cup of cheese for large cheese fries, charged me extra when I asked for more cheese, and forgot the bacon in my burger.
This whole process took about 10 minutes at the drive through. I’d rather drive 2 extra miles to the next steak-n-shake than go to this one.

Place an order online went and picked it up.Got the food home and everything is wrong.Everything they gave me is plain.Nothing on it and I specifically ordered.Lettuce, tomato pickles, onions on the double garlic steak burger and tomato on a grilled cheese, but it’s all plain.I called them up and explained it to them, and they hung up on me.

I Had to wait until a code was entered into the soda machine in order to serve myself my drink.
I ordered 2 honey mustard dips & they gave me only 1. When I requested the 2nd one, they had to see my receipt, to give me the dip they missed. $0.50 each dip. Spent $40 total for self & 2 children, and they had milkshakes, of course.

They’re going to put themselves out of business. I will never be back to a steak ‘n shake if this is what they’ve changed themselves to. I had to order myself which didn’t get what I want but maybe that’s because they don’t offer a triple chief or anymore. You have to scan your receipt to get a soda. And then you have to pick up your food at the counter. Rude staff but it looks exactly the same as it used to. They had a big thing on the kiosk saying would you like to leave a tip, but I ordered well standing up and I had to pick up my own damn food. I will never come back here again

I went inside to order. They no longer have a person take your order, it’s all done on the kiosk, whether you are doing take out or dining in… then it actually has the nerve to suggest a tip amount. This is a huge pet peave of mine…. counter service fast food places should NOT be asking for tips. Period. Especially when you have to type your order into a kiosk. These employees get paid at least minimum wage, unlike waiters and waitresses in an actual restaurant that get paid less than $3 an hour. Not to mention, the table I sat at to wait for my food was dirty.
The first time I went here a couple weeks ago, the burgers were greasy. This last time I went, they actually made one of the burgers wrong, which I didn’t discover until after I got home. The cooks are friendly and made it right. The girl who calls your name when your food is ready was not. She was also stingy with the ketchup. I sat at the same table to wait for them to correct my order… and the table was still dirty. And no, they were not very busy.
The milkshakes are always fabulous, although I swear the cups are smaller than they used to be about 5 years ago… which was the last time I’d been here until this month.
