Just avoid it if you’re doing take out. We were one of the first inside after a game, ordered at the kiosk, sat, and waited for our food. 20 minutes pass and it’s suddenly full and people that just ordered are getting their food. I ask if we simply didn’t hear our name. Nope. Waited longer. Asked again and was told they were backed up. Sat down again. Now at 40 minutes, more people that just ordered got their food. I grabbed someone’s receipt that received food significantly after we did. Brought that to the counter and was told they were backed up like it wasn’t clocking that someone who ordered 10 min ago got their food before 3 parties that had been waiting 40-60 minutes for to go orders. It wasn’t until I was forced to yell at the employees and demand our food that it finally came out. I understand a busy restaurant with online orders, in store orders, and drive thru orders. I don’t understand how you can look at receipt timestamps and not understand a 45 min discrepancy. Oh and of course the food was cold and had probably been sitting in a drive thru queue. Do better. This isn’t rocket science.

The drive thru was allegedly “not taking orders” at approx. 630pm on Friday Jan 30th. I place a takeout order online and the front doors are locked, even though I can see an employee on the grill. So I go back to the drive thru and request my order. Suddenly, the food was done in a jiffy. After requesting they include the drink and fry on my order the first time around.

Ordered on the kiosk, was able to self serve drinks scanning the code. Food was hot and exactly what we ordered. Milkshake was great. Bathroom was out of service and would have liked to wash hands and visit before driving the 90min home. When we left a car had broken down in the drive through and most of the employees were helping push it into a parking spot. Clapping when they succeeded! Was very kind of them.

We don’t like using a kiosk to order food and drink. That being said, the burgers were delicious, lots of toppings and fries (when hot) were good. The store didn’t feel welcoming with no one to greet you.

So then, I say matter fact, make it three of them no fries
Once I get home to open the bag, I noticed there is a plain bun with onions and pickles
So I’ll go back to tell them that they didn’t make the order

I ate here. But I was not blown away by any means. The staff was really nice. The shake was great. But the burger. MID. the fries. MID. And the little like $4 meal didn’t even come with a drink. Like I get it $4 is $4decent deal for a little meal. But I wanna put extra emphasis on LITTLE. I won’t knock it too much more. But in the future I would not go back for food. Shake would get me tho if I was on my big back isht. That being said if you havnt been before. Don’t. If you love this place, you need a mental health evaluation ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Wheel or two double cheeseburgers cheese fries and a bowl of chili with onions. What we got in return was two large french fries, a container of cheese a bowl of chili. No onions. You’re supposed to have cheese fries with a basket with cheese poured all over them. How you supposed to put cheese on french fries in a freaking container that you would get at McDonald’s? Not to mention they deposit a huge hunk of butter onto my sandwich. Mean how you supposed to eat that. The lady was rude and very disrespectful when I told you she did not get my order right. Do not recommend this place at all. Oh by the way, it was not very busy. There was only two other customers in the entire place

Wow, what a great experience. I’m here with my husband who is enjoying his lunch in this fine establishment. The food was delicious, well prepared, and cost friendly. The staff is alert, attentive, courteous and look like chefs. Many employees were on schedule and dressed professionally with clean pressed uniforms, well groomed I might add. A present visit indeed. A most see! The entire site was absolutely clean!

If you have all day to wait for your food then this is the place for you!!!!! Slow machines closed down after 30 mons waiting then cook took everyone’s receipts and instead of putting them in order of who was here first they just starting cooking by what receipt they had in front of them . Over an hour and still waiting for 2 hamburgers and 2 small fries. People that walked in like 20 mins are getting food first.
