Ok place. The burger was a bit of a mess and not well constructed. Great atmosphere for doing some office work. Everything was clean. Good fries! Good chicken tenders. No real complaints. We’ll go back. It’s a step above other fast food.

I had steak n shake last summer in Michigan and it was terrible but I decided to give it another try and just wanted to praise this location because it was so good! High quality ingredients on the burger and the fries were fresh and hot. The brunette in the drive thru was super kind and gave great service. I LOVE that steak n shake is eliminating seed oils and has cane sugar coke! Can’t wait to see the future of this chain and I hope other fast food places follow suit.

When I got to the order part where you pay for it and realize my order was being made at the drive-through window and my payment was at my job site. I had just left in my tool bag. I went to apologize to them as I pulled around and came in the door to explain I had made a mistake Since they had my food ready and had such a great smile and saw me literally feeling terrible and my worker with me was also feeling embarrassed they said would you please make sure you make it right and come back and that small amount of Customer Service and trust is missing these days in most businesses and then as I ask the name of the employee to make sure I got the money back too. I realized it was the owner giving me excellent service on her own volition and it was her money to decide to allow me to eat my lunch while it was warm and ready with and for that, I am grateful..

We love the food and it is very affordable! The restaurant itself could use a good cleaning! Even the windows are dirty. The gal with the tattoo on her neck with brown hair, in a bun, is very rude and blames the customers for not having enough help! She needs to learn to be nice! We just want our shakes with our food! Don’t get angry when we come ask where our shakes are!!!

Just went through the drive through and got some milkshakes and French fries. The milkshakes were amazing but the french fries felt stale and cold… I swung back through the drive-through and asked if I could exchange them out and they said that they don’t do that. It was very disappointing! I had just gotten done telling someone not to sleep on steak ‘n Shake because of the amazing customer service and how good they were… Just to be proved wrong a few minutes later. Hopefully someone in management will see this. Customer service affects word-of-mouth go a long way in our town. 🙂

They forgot my extra order of French fries and when I I brung that up with them with my receipt they didn’t give me a hastle. So that was good.

Had my first ever Steak n Shake experience and I can’t believe how yummy it was. We didn’t have one where I grew up and I am now a big fan and will be back many times!!
The burger was fresh, customized exactly to my liking and the garlic sauce was divine!!
The fries quickly became my #1 favorite and even the honey mustard dipping sauce was above expectation!!

On 04/23/2024 I finally stopped here for lunch. The drive through was fast and the people were very friendly. The food was fresh and hot. I appreciate the great food keep it up.

The service was phenomenal, and the staff was very helpful and kind. The food was prepared swiftly, The food tasted amazing!!!
The only issues that I had with the experience was that the claw machine did not properly work, and the door handle fell off of the bathroom door. Which was an interesting situation, to say the least.
Overall I would recommend this establishment to someone looking for a Quick Good Meal and no claw machine games
