The staff here are on point. They deliver fast fresh hot delicious food with a friendly smile!! As we were traveling this was our first time eating at this particular location. This location blows every other location I have ever been to out of the water. By far, based on service, freshness, and atmosphere as well as cleanliness, hands down the best Steak ‘n Shake I have ever eaten at. So if you are in Valdosta and you do not give this Steak ‘n Shake a try, you are missing out big time!!! Awesome job guys, thanks for the wonderful meal and the over all awesome experience!

First off, restaurant was disgusting. Tables were filthy. Went into the bathroom, looked at it and turned around, I’ll hold it before I put myself in those bathrooms. Don’t worry though, they give you a dirty rag to wipe your own tables down that looks and smelled like it was days old. Took 30 minutes at least to get our food, some people were waiting way longer. Burger was the garlic thing, it was greasy and like eating salt out of the container. Fries were cold and hard, hurt my jaw and possibly chipped a tooth trying to eat even a couple. Ordered a drink but never saw it because the self serve kiosk didn’t print out the scan code needed to make the machine work. One employee was kinda helpful but was too busy running around doing everything basically to be of any real assistance. Worst visit to a steak and shake ever. Will not visit here again.

Absolutely amazing! The cook at this steak n’ shake obviously enjoys his job. He was friendly and helpful. This might become one of my favourite steak n’ shakes EVER.

Just passing through, they took al of our Steak n Shakes away. So happy we found one on our trip, since they’ve started using tallow. I read the previous reviews and hesitated a bit, to go here. But we really wanted it. They no longer put the garlic and parm on the fries.. however, the wonderful gentleman that took our order, brought some out for us. I didn’t even ask. You just don’t see this kind of thing anymore. The burger was really good, just as I remembered. The fries were awesome, just as I remembered. I watched the same man, help an older lady put her order in. And also treat her exceptionally. I don’t believe this place earned any thing less than a 5 star. And give this guy a raise! You don’t see this anymore. Thank you sir, for a great experience.

All of the tables were dirty with no napkins at the dispenser to be able to use, instead there was a wet towel on the counter, no telling how many tables have been wiped by other customers. We were informed that there would be a time delay on our shakes however we got our shakes within 5 minutes then had to wait almost 20 minutes after the shakes to get out food and it wasn’t even busy. This place needs to do better that’s for sure!!!

Generally, I like steak and shake’s food. My wife got a hot dog and I got a chili dog. Franks were dry, chili sparse and not flavorful. Fries were not hot or crispy, just sad. I ordered a milk shake and did not select whipped cream and cherry but my wife said that it was the default. Overall the food quality was not like previous stops here. The container dispenser for ketchup cups are not very good. You have to crush the cups to get them out. Not a good way to dispense.

Worst visit EVER the manager was rude as onion smell. Place was empty except one table. We order our food and our daughter a milkshake. We got our food in about 15 minutes but no milkshake. So we ate and waited ten minutes go by then 20. We inquired about the milkshake and was told our name would be called. So we wait another 15 minutes and go back to the counter to ask again and get told to eat our food first. My husband let them know we have and we been waiting 40+ minutes for the shake. She says something mumbley and rude and walks away saying shes going ro cancel our milkshake. A young lady walks out the back with a milkshake we ask if its ours she says no and proceeds to give the customer that came in ten minutes behind us the milkshake and lets us know ours was next but her manager cancelled it. I just can’t with people anymore and my dollar may not mean much to steak and shake but this one will never get another one from me.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. Ordered food online at 8:45pm and order was supposed to be ready by 8:51. Arrived at the restaurant at 8:55. My order was not in the “mobile order” area so I decided to sit down and wait. At 9:10 I asked one of the guys working there and he said “they’re probably making it back there” so I waited longer. Finally at 9:45 someone came out and asked what I was waiting on and said “your food has been ready you should have said something” which I did at 9:10. Instead of telling me they were out of chili they just left everything I ordered with chili out and gave me my food with none of the chili cheese fries and other chili items. The lady refunded me for the chili after I told her they were missing. Finally left the restaurant at 10pm. If I could give negative stars for this establishment I would.
