I stopped here from out of town on my way to an appointment. Not familiar with the area looking for a easy in and out so I could be on my way. See this place and whopped it in the drive thru. My 1st time here i ordered simple bacon eggs and cheese add mayo and potatoes chunks. Whatever they are called. I upside my order to get a large drink. I drink a lot and im traveling long way home less stops for me. The biscuit was falling apart but was good ate it all except a little hard part. The potato whatever as u can see half of them were missing from the start. The other half were cold chunks of potatoes. Question for the owners why did yall keep going up on prices and selling us stuff that you wouldn’t even eat yourself? Would you make ur momma or kids eat such. I know no one wants to work but its ur buisness your the owner. Where are you ? Are you there motivating your employees or correcting what they are doing wrong. No offense but this is why the other chain gets 95 of buisness just during breakfast. Have a blessed day.

What can I tell you. It’s a burger place that has shakes. The food is pretty good for the price. The service is usually good for speed and order correctness. They play some decent tunes to give off that 1950s diner vibe.

We been getting food there to eat through the drive through because we have dogs that can’t go in or leave at home yet. My sister does not understand the rules of going through the drive through because she is special needs. The cook/ manager didn’t explain the rules of drinks with my sister but instead he snaps at her. We never left the parking lot of the place instead we eat in the parking lot of the restaurant.

Fast, friendly service and the best burgers…STILL!! I stopped by for a late dinner and was seated immediately. Our server was efficient and attentive. I ordered the Garlic Double Steakburger with onion rings and a bowl of chili. So. Good. My burger was hot, cooked to perfection, and had just enough garlic butter to make it good but not overpower your taste buds. Awesome experience at Steak’n Shake.

I am not one to leave a bad review unless necessary but I have been consistently disappointed with the service that I have received the last 4-5 visits I have been. This is one of me and my fiancés favorite places to eat but every time I leave, I’m just really disappointed and mad about the service that we receive specifically. We never require much but it’s below bare minimum that we have received. The previous time before tonight, the server was beyond rude and I wrote a review on the main website and never heard anything from the manager.

The food was so good, as it normally is. But the attentiveness and service that I was given at this Steak ‘n Shake needs work. I probably sat at my table for a good 10 mins at least waiting on a refill. Had countless waitresses walk by my table and none of them stopped or told my waitress to come check on me. I finally asked another waitress (since my waitress saw the empty drinks and kept walking…) and the other waitress kindly refilled them. My waitress brought the refills out and walked away before getting my trash. The manager really need to have a talk with his employees. This establishment could do so much better if better attentive people worked here.

Got a patty melt two weeks prior to this visit, the beef had a BO smell to it and I felt nauseous for two days after eating it. This time my sibling and I only got 2 milkshakes and 2 large fries, which totaled $19.23. The milkshakes were perfect! However, the french fries were beyond horrible! Zero salt, extremely bland, barely any potato in the french fry. we were only offered two measly packets of ketchup and two packets of salt with two napkins. I hate to complain, but for that amount of money, it was 100% ridiculous.
