Not have wait staff in the inside dining areas really take away from the general atmosphere and experience that you would associate with this particular establishment. The food was okay but they went super heavy on the butter or oil they used to top the garlic butter and it was very salty to the point that I had to use a napkin and wipe away the excess. The Nutella shake was done well and tasted very good. Overall if you have social anxiety this may be the place for you now but if you’re looking for a more involved experience I would say go elsewhere.

I love leaving bad reviews but I also love the opportunity to leave positive feedback, that just doesn’t seem to happen often. I’m not easily impressed by fast food. It’s not meant to be impressive. But. The staff here is amazing. Naomi was so polite, repeated my order back to me after I placed it, told me the total when I pulled up to the window l, communicated every time something was handed back and forth (card, drink, food) instead of staring blankly like most do. The food was hot which was amazing because of how fast they had it to me and packaged beautifully, I know that sounds silly but my burger was slapped together and it had the nice half wrapped paper for me to hold it. This is what fast food is supposed to be. I hope management sees this, you guys have a great team!

I ordered cheese Fries, a Coke, a kids meal. No straws, no fork, no ketchup, no napkins, kids meal didn’t come in it’s own bag or with a toy or the hat or anything. This use to be my favorite restaurant and would stop at least three times a week. They have gone downhill.
