This Steak ‘n Shake will cut corners. Gave us crinkle cut fries out of a Walmart bag. Also need better customer service. Don’t order sweet tea or the person helping you will tell you that you got diabetes tea instead of sweet tea. Terrible overall experience.

I got a kids burger meal with cheese and only pickles. I got my baby the 2 piece chicken tender kids meal with a box of apple juice. My child really loved the fries. They were alright, you just have to eat them faster than Mc Donald’s fries if you want them before they are soggy. The burger was boring and the actual beef patty was really thin. I was really disappointed. Steak ‘n Shake is overrated.

Honestly it’s very tough to see that only two customers, which was me showed up in this restaurant. However the experience for this location was very great. From the service was very nice and attentive, to the food tasting delicious, to the atmosphere being cozy and nice this is what will make me want to go back here again!
The service at first was very great, and even better it reminded me what servers used to be back in the older days and this shows. The restaurant was really empty, but our service got right away with us in under a minute. Then we were seated with the menu, and the table was right behind the kitchen meaning we could see what the cooks were preparing and I got my drink at first. It was average. The atmosphere was very cozy and relaxing!
The main course of the dishes I got were a Butter Double Steakburger & I decided to pair it up with some fries. Of course it came with a drink too. The burger was juicy, tender and very delicious! I even saw the cooks making it right beside my table and it was fresh. The fries were thin but very crispy. Saucing up the fries was better since it added a bit of more flavor.
Then the desert; the desert I got was a Snickers Shake, but I decided to get it small. The shake was very delicious and it was very creamy! I haven’t had a try with this location for seven years but it all tasted what I expected years ago. I will come back here again. If you’re looking for some great steakburgers and shakes this is the place to go!

I’ve never really been a fan of steak ‘n shake. Fortunately, I ate here one day and I was absolutely blown away by the quality of food, by the cleanliness of the restaurant, and by the overwhelming helpful staff. I had such a great experience I will be going back.

The 7×7 is a force to be reckoned with and the price is not bad considering the amount of food you get. Trust me dont do the challenge unless your sure about your self. It will prevail over the mightiest of humans. Front counter help needs work on his listening game. I had to repeat every single thing I ordered and I got 3 cheeseburger meals and added 3 milkshakes on top he didn’t ring me up after it took about 15 mins to order and for him to process it and type it in the register.

Cleanest, best run Steak n Shake I’ve been to in a long time. No more table servers which made the experience quicker. The food was cooked to order. The young lady taking orders was friendly and efficient. I will definitely be back when we’re in the area.

I really wanted to enjoy this Steak ’n Shake, but it just didn’t live up to expectations. The food took forever to come out, and when it finally did, the fries were cold and the burger was just okay. My milkshake sat on the counter for a while before anyone brought it to me, and by then it had started to melt.
The place didn’t feel very clean either, and it seemed like the staff was short-handed or just not paying attention. I’ve had good experiences at other locations, but this one was disappointing. If you go, maybe try during a slower time and check your order before leaving.

Food was awful staff was mean and sloppy. I saw one of the cooks picking his nose on the line cooking food. Bathroom was covered in pee and trash over flowing. Normally I go through the drive through glass I went inside this time. Never realized how terrible it was.

Oh, I’m so glad this location still provides actual service! The restaurant still has the diner feel with a twist of modern industrial added. There are no kiosks at this location so you’ll have a waiter/waitress (which I LOVE). The food was very fresh and so tasty. My favorite menu item is the Frisco melt with cheese fries!

Today is the first time in a while we came to eat here. But it may be the last. They have just about got rid of everything on their menu. You now can only get one garden salad and most of their burgers are gone. The entire menu is now one page and it looks like they just made them on the copier. My wife has always got the Toco salad and I get the mushroom and swiss burger. But both of them are no longer available. The only good thing was our waitress was nice and kept our drinks full. This was not her fault. They have not even updated their menu on here it’s still the old ones. So I posted the new one.
