We stopped by this restaurant at the Myrtle Beach airport, near Gate A2, on our way home and enjoyed a perfect double cheeseburger meal. The food was delicious, especially the French fries, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Steve who served us with exceptional hospitality.

Food and shakes were good. Tables were dirty though. It looked as of no one wiped down any tables for the whole shift. Including my table, there was only one other table being used. The restaurant was empty. Big turn off for wanting to eat inside again.

Fast service and pretty typical location. Staff is friendly and polite. A little busy but we only waited about 10 minutes before being seated. Once seated our drink order was taken promptly. After a few minutes we were brought our beverages and the server took our food order. While waiting for the meal our server came and refilled our drinks without asking which was nice and attentive. Our food arrived and was prepared as ordered. Food was hot and appeared fresh. Everything tasted fine for a steak and shake location. Server came with another round of refills and asked if we wanted any desert. She then brought our check at the end of the meal. We waited in line a few minutes to pay but had to leave so we left payment and tip on the table. No complaints. Pretty normal location. I would go back again.

Horrible place and rude people. Service took forever (which is usually fine with me, I’d rather wait for fresh food than get old food right away), and it came wrong and the fries were cold. Im sure the only reason they were so busy is that it was Sunday and Chick fil a was closed. Smart management would capitalize on that and provide excellent food and service so they will choose to come back, not mess up orders and be rude to patrons.
The burger wasn’t bad once I received the correct one, but I did not get the advertised upgraded roll that was supposed to with the most expensive burger. The fries were cold and clearly not fresh- although I waited for a burger twice.
Stay away, there are two cafes that looked nice that I wish I had tried. It was not fast food, and it wasn’t good either.

Food was good 2 very good. We had 2 wait to be seated, but worth the wait. I ordered chicken tenders & fries, very tasty & delicious! Emily ordered her sandwich & she enjoyed her visit as well! Mom had a great time, too! The milkshakes were tasty I am willing 2 go back

I only had a chocolate shake so not the full experience. Wish I had skipped the shake. I could barely taste the chocolate and there were little ice chips in it (like when your ice cream has been in and out of the freezer a few times and it refreezes). I thought Steak ‘n Shake shakes were supposed to be excellent. Not so much this time. ☹

Horrible!! My son dropped his cup, as soon as it happened we told our waitress and asked for something to clean it up. 15 minutes later, with tea all under our feet and no replacement for my son’s drink we walked out. She brought refills to the people around us but nothing for my son. Even the people around us commented on how awful our service was. We love Steak n Shake but will NOT be back to this location.
