So we went through the drive through around 12 am, the lady on the mic didn’t greet us well, she was rude with an attitude, there was no welcome. I told my husband maybe we should go somewhere else but we proceeded through the drive through. She took the payment and told us to park at the handicap. When we turn the corner to look for handicap, all of the handicap spots were parked in. Eventually I heard there’s a drive through order on the mic, which is hard to hear with the windows rolled up in the winter time. My husband went to go check on the order, and the lady said that she been called the order. The instructions we received was that it would be brought out to us, it was not, and our food was not fresh being that it was called whenever. I’m disappointed in this experience and won’t be returning to this location.

I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s consistently good food, with quick and friendly drive-thru service.
In recent years I feel like Steak and Shake has undergone a revival of sorts. I appreciate their milkshake straw redesign (its wider) and the updated packaging seems much more modern.
I continue to be a happy customer after all these years.

Steak and Shake have the best value for your money , quick efficient service, the workers always get it right for us every-time even if my family makes substitutes in their meals. We love the taste of the garlic burgers, they are a hit! We always order from here at least once every 2 weeks, sometimes twice!!

Food is great as always at Steak & Shake. At this particular location, service is terrible. We got our food quickly and correctly but never got called for our shakes. When we asked about it, the woman got rude with us, handed mine to my husband and walked away. Mine had obviously been made and sat because it was melted. Five minutes later, my husband still hadn’t gotten his so I joined him at the counter. The lady very rudely went to the back and got his. She wanted to argue with us about having called our number which she never did. She called our name when our food order was up and then called the number after ours 3 times so maybe they enjoyed our shakes? We have always enjoyed Steak & Shake but are unsure if we will return to this store if this is the service that we will receive.
