I was driving a carfull of hungry teenage boys so steak and shake was perfect! We got butter burgers, fries, onion rings, Nutella Shakes and an eggnog shake. I’ve got the eggnog shake next to my drink cup for reference- it was delicious and the portion was great! Overall the food was fantastic, the dining room was clean and we had plenty of seating, and the service was great!

This place has improved. Really like the flavor of the burgers now with the wagu beef. Fries are really good! I feel this restaurant is turning around and people are visiting it more. Was wonder if Whataburger was going to effect their business but, honestly I feel Steak N Shake dose a better job in service and quality.

Steak ‘n shake has such great potential. It’s a shame that whoever owns this location doesn’t pay any attention to the quality of the staff. Multiple visitation where the order just wasn’t done correctly or it took way too long to get the food and the staff had no sense of urgency didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in the building. I guess this is just a typical franchise where low service standards are acceptable.

Great value for the food we ordered. The combos came out well cooked but above all the service was phenomenal. This one of the first SteaknShake where the manager stepped out to greet us upon entering, offered to help with our screen order, and checked on us while we were eating if we needed anything. This one of the most spotless and extremely clean fast food stops I have seen in a while. The food tasted fresh and had a clean presentation.

First off, there was no option to order from an actual person — only kiosks. If you’re going to force customers to use self-service, it should at least work smoothly, which it didn’t. Then we get to the drinks: you’re only allowed one free refill, and you have to scan a QR code ticket just to activate the drink machines. That’s not normal, intuitive, or customer-friendly.
To make it worse, the employee behind the drink area was staring at us like we were idiots for being confused — as if this is some obvious process everyone should magically know. It isn’t. It’s unnecessary and stupid.
On top of that, they forgot onions on multiple burgers, and even the claw machine didn’t work. At this point it felt like everything that could go wrong, did.
I don’t expect fine dining here, but I do expect basic service, correct orders, and not to feel awkward or inconvenienced just trying to get a drink. This location seriously needs to rethink how it treats customers.

First time customer. Was exited to try the beef tallow fries. Went inside to dine and were greeted with kiosks, not humans. It felt cold and uneasy. When I went to order my Frisco Melt, I wanted to add pickle, but there was no option. My daughter Ed ordered a garlic burger and it allowed her to chose pickle or remove it. That was odd. The meat was good, but both sandwiches became soggy very quickly . The garlic butter they put on top of the bun made it very messy to eat. The fries were not as good as expected. They are so thin you hVe to eat 4 at a time to have anything to taste. Since it was our first time being there we didn’t know you had to scan a code from your receipt to use the soda fountain. It took awhile but we figured it out. I stopped to let the fizz of the root beer settle, but I couldn’t fill my drink up all the way, because once you stop, the machine stops and you need to scan your code again. It was just a hassle. When ordering at the kiosk, it showed we could get a free shake after 4pm. So once we ate, we went back to order the free shake. My app showed I had a free shake, and a $2 off to redeem. It wouldn’t let us choose the free shake, so we asked for help. The employee didn’t know what to do, so he got his manager to help us, which she wasn’t any help either. She said maybe they want me to use the $2 coupon first. I asked if she could go or my free shake and she said no, there was nothing she could do. So I paid for my daughter to have a shake. Our overall experience was not enjoyable. The customer service was lacking and cold just like the atmosphere. I do t think I will be traveling an hour away again to give this a second try.

Really amazing experience eating here the other day. Staff was super kind and helpful, the whole place was very clean. The food…. The food was absolutely fantastic I have never had a better burger in my life, and it was so affordable $7 for a double cheeseburger and a large helping of fry’s is just about the best price you can get.

I haven’t been here in a while and tonight was my first time in years. Needless to say the restaurant was clean, the food was good, and the service was awesome. Not to mention the manager was very professional and helpful. Would definitely come back again.
