Service is was good. Our server was very professional and nice. Her is Jessica, she was great! On the other hand, bathrooms smell really bad. The kitchen floor where they prepare the hamburgers is dirty with fries every where. Employees walk on top of it.

It seems really sad that this restaurant has proven that “if you want something done right do it yourself.” The service was improved by taking it out almost completely. And it still somehow fails at service. However the food is even better than it was before the change. And the accuracy of my order is the biggest improvement on the experience of eating here.

Great burgers, hot dogs, fries, milkshakes at very good prices. Staff very friendly. Toilet in men’s room rather gross… so don’t look in it before you eat… all in all, great quality and value…. highly recommended for non gourmet burger fans and families. Oh, bonus…kids eat free on weekends!

When I only have 30 mins to run as fast as I can for my break, She gets me my food so fast and always manages to slip in some happiness and positivity. They’ve changed to a pickup style/fast casual instead of a sit down restaurant. It’s fine and service is fast but the food quality has gone down significantly. I’ve been coming here for years and don’t plan on returning.

I placed a pick up order through Uber, and upon arriving to retrieve my order I was informed that the night staff allowed someone else to pick up my order that claimed to be an Uber delivery partner. I informed them that there was no way someone else could have been sent to pick up my food as it was a pick up and showed them the status of the order on my phone. I was told there was nothing they could do because “Uber sent someone to pick it up and bring it to me” and told to call Uber. Upon calling Uber, I was told to call the restaurant and tell them they had to cancel the order. When I called the restaurant to tell her what Uber said, the woman who answered the phone insisted they couldn’t cancel anything and was promptly instructed by the manager to hang up on me. Which she did. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible night staff. Spend your money at another location. If I could give zero stars I would.

This use to be a great place to grab food and go!!!!! However on my recent visit I couldn’t get any SERVICE!!! The Hispanic lady cooking on the grill had a nasty attitude!!! I waited and never got service!!!! Will not come back ever!!!! This restaurant use to be a great place to eat and relax!!!!
