Nice food and clean area. Place is what you’d expect about everything, food was made fresh and I loved my omelette with the toast. Steak was a bit tough but $13 for a steak meal, it’s pretty good. A more comforting, retro type diner with funny, hard working employees.

This used to be my spot. Today changed all of that. I won’t be returning to this location. Our waitress had horrible communication. Her actual service was good but I’ll explain a situation and this attitude continued the whole 10 minutes we were there. We weren’t ready to order yet so we politely asked to give us a few minutes. This lady didn’t say a word and just walked away. She just had this face on like she hates her life. My family all looked at each other as we all saw the attitude. You can’t rub that on customers. We literally felt like we weren’t welcome. My family felt uncomfortable enough for us to just pay for our coffee and leave. I still even tipped her. Hire motivated waitresses and get better results. The other waitress had a smile that almost made me reconsider staying because she was polite.

There was a big amount of food for what we ordered. Everything was very good and I loved the cinnamon added to the French toast. The waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. She was totally cool when we asked to switch to a table once it became avaliable. The place is small and cozy with a retro feel.

Marvin was the cook ! Arrived at shift change , 3pm. Friendly staff!I ordered the 3 eggs over easy, home fries(real potatoes), T-Bone Steak (perfect). A little loud drama, but joanne worked it out. Tim, a local , stopped by, he was a regular, retired from the local school maintenance team. Clean, excellent food for me! Highl almost forgot i got a piece of Apple pie with cinnamon sprinkled on it! Delicious. 1 modelo beer, 12 ounce cup. Total $25 (11% food yax)

Just can’t go wrong with Steak N Egger. The “Hot Hamburger” is a Canadian staple and my wife is born/raised “Hence the shirt for Canadian Thanksgiving” and what perfect timing than to have a piece of Canada on Thanksgiving. Pure coincidence. She approved!

I’ve been in few others places of the same group. For some reason this branch of S&E, it is the most interesting, clean, and really awesome facility.
The menu it is pretty much the same, and again, for some reason, the way it was prepared and served, were totally different in the good and great side of things. If you are around this area, your should give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Great place to eat. Has a good variety menu and the inside is very clean. The waitresses are very nice and the food is quick and good.
