While the place is cozy, the food was extremely disappointing. The corned beef hash had a really off aftertaste, so that was simply money wasted. Another weird thing is that they don’t put jellies on the table, like every other diner in the world, and you have to specifically ask them for some – and even then they bring you two, which is not a lot of jelly lol. The place was basically empty when I went and even then, the server took his time and paid very little attention to me. The one redeeming thing is that the red velvet waffles were awesome, but I would not go back.

First stepped in, the atmosphere was nice. Retro but not tacky.

We paid $90 for 2 people and will list the items we ordered. Steak and eggs, club sandwich, scrapple, vanilla milkshake, mozz sticks, chilli.

Food took a long time to come out. Another guy later came behind us to talk to the server and angrily requested the check as they had been apparently waiting 45 mins for the food to arrive. This is likely because the staff wait for ALL the food to be cooked then bring them out altogether. They didn’t inform us of this beforehand. Most of the food arrived cold.

The steak and eggs were basically bland. Had to request gravy. The hash brown is good, it’s like shredded potato, still fluffy and crispy on the outside. The eggs looked dirty and grey, seems like the griddle doesn’t get cleaned often.

Mozz sticks had a random home fry in it? The sticks were cold when they arrived and the cheese was hard. Didn’t come with marinara.

Scrapple was mushy. If you’ve had Amish scrapple, this is not it.

Chili was meh. Tasted cheap.

The fries with the club sandwich was literally soft and unsalted. The sandwich itself was good.

Milkshake was good.

Overall wouldn’t go back. The waiters didn’t even know the food on the menu and kept saying what’s that. Granted the menu was changed a couple days ago but it seemed like they hadn’t even read the menu fully themselves.

There are definitely better options out there that offer decent food and service for a similar price. This was a one-and-done visit for me.

I stopped by this diner after seeing some great reviews on Google, but my visit didn’t live up to the hype.

The service was disappointing—slow and inattentive. It seemed like the staff wasn’t interested in ensuring customers had a good experience. Mixed up orders, forgot utensils, etc.

As for the food, it was just as underwhelming. The waffles were dry and tasteless, and much of the menu tasted like pre-processed, reheated fare.

I didn’t even know about the 18% service fee. Wasn’t disclosed.

Steak & Egg was hitting! I had the steak and eggs with potatoes and added some cinnamon sticks on the side everything was so good. And the best part? They got a robot that brings your food to the table! That was wild but cool. Their milkshakes are fire too, and you can choose from a bunch of flavors. Definitely a spot worth checking out!

This place has completely changed since the last time we here. Everything is al la cart and the food quality is terrible. The waffle was over cooked the chicken fingers were over cooked. The home fries were ok. The cheesesteak was just ok and the fries were also just ok. The bill was $50 plus dollars and not worth it. The service was just ok but they started mopping while we were eating and the smell of the cleaning products was too strong. So had to leave. I highly don’t recommend! We should have read the reviews before coming.

The food was delicious and came out quick. It has a nice retro dinner vibe, but a modern robot may deliver your food to your table! It’s definitely worth the visit and good food for the cost! The coffee wasn’t good, unfortunately. Otherwise, we would definitely recommend it!

We eat at steak n eggs at least once or twice a week, today was absolutely terrible. We both work in restaurants and I understand every now and then some construction or maintenance needs to happen however our server was too busy watching the maintenance to attend to us coffee was old service worse. I’m not sure what is going on but there are a lot of places to have breakfast where they will take care of guests better and the food is going in the wrong direction have had much better here

I work not too far from here and I like the food. I can remember when it was this little hole in the wall diner.

Now they have done some remodeling and the place looks great but the food has not changed.

So, they have great breakfast and lunch food. I haven’t had dinner here, but you can order what you want (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) at any time.

So, I get the grilled chicken sandwich and fries, and y’all that thing puts your tongue in a strangled hold…delicious.

All of the dishes I have had are great, and I totally recommend this hidden little gem.

The place was terrible. The times listed are incorrect. They actually close at 3 pm so if you get there at 2:30 pm you can only use one of two tables in the front. The soda machine has something wrong with it – either the syrup needs to be changed or it needs to be cleaned. Ordered the steak medium rare and eggs. Steak was seared on the outside and completely raw on the inside. And this mess of a meal cost $40 (including 18% gratuity). I don’t have super high expectations for a local diner but this place is trash.

I love Breakfast food. I love eating breakfast for supper even better. Steak N’ Eggs delivered on deliciousness. That Belgian Waffle had a nice crisp to it but had the perfectly fluffy inside. Those eggs are top notch. My goodness. I could eat breakfast here all of the time. This will become my new place to get my breakfast food & they stay open late on Fridays & Saturdays.

The owner works right there in his restaurant. I absolutely love that. I give this restaurant a Chef’s ‍ ‍ ‍ Kiss & 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for their friendliness, cleanliness, the deliciousness of the food, & the owner being interactive with his customers.
