I had a very uncomfortable experience at Steak and Hoagies Chinese Restaurant. While I was waiting for my food, another customer touched me inappropriately, and it made me feel unsafe. What made it worse was that the staff didn’t seem to take the situation seriously when I told them what happened. They just brushed it off and continued serving like nothing was wrong. I left and won’t be returning. I hope the management improves how they handle customer safety because no one should have to feel like that while trying to eat out.

This is one of the worst spots to eat. The food is just aight, the prices are sky high, and the workers are rude. The chicken wings are tiny, burnt, and not worth it. They take advantage of their location, knowing the community keeps spending money here, but they don’t care about quality or service.I’ve never in my life been charged almost $40 for two small orders. One time it was just wings with shrimp fried rice, another time just chicken and steamed broccoli forty dollars for that is crazy. To make it worse, the delivery guy had the nerve to demand a tip, saying it at my door while my kids were home alone. Meanwhile, the menu clearly says free delivery. That crossed the line.And the food itself? Trash. They gave me red sauce on my steamed broccoli like who even does that, the fries are always nasty and soggy, and honestly they need to switch to crinkle fries if they’re going to keep selling them because what they have now is not it. Even though they’re right around the corner, the food takes forever and it’s never worth the wait.Their whole concept sucks, the food sucks, and the service sucks. The only reason they get business is because they’re convenient for the hood they’re in. Don’t waste your money. My reviews will never steer you wrong .. I keep it all the way real, and this place is a straight-up no.

Ordered a sirloin steak well done and this what I got medium well I didn’t ask for that. My steak was still bleeding when cut into it no Good. Absolutely thee worst steak I’ve ever had . I’ll Never Order again should’ve known when the lady said the Menu changed

You owe me an order of salt and pepper shrimp or my money back. Just ordered again and they didn’t see any type of note stating such as you said they would. Last time ordering y’all fell all the way off stop with the orders from somewhere else half the people taking the call aren’t Asian at all… I can just come down stairs and solve all issues you may have.

The food is really good. Their shrimp rolls are delicious. Fried rice with lobster sauce is really great.They delivers as well.
