Will absolutely NEVER go here to eat again after my experience there earlier tonight. Not only was the drive thru girl rude and had zero manners but I asked for one of our subs without onion. Guess what…had onions on it so had to go back through the drive thru because they had the lobby shut down. 16 minutes later I asked for another sub without onions. I pull away after another long wait and my sub had onions on it again. I had to be somewhere at 8pm so I could not wait again on another sandwich. I asked for the manager and a refund. I was told no refund available and to call the store tomorrow. It’s ran by kids that do not care, zero customer service, and lazy as can be. My family loved to visit the mall location when I was a child, this location is simply put shameful and despicable to say the very least. The worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had and we will never go there again.

Saw this place on Google maps and thought I would give it a try.
The sandwiches were tasty but the bread was very thick compared to the meat. If it wasn’t for the rest of the toppings it would have been a little skimpy.
As for the atmosphere it’s pretty average for a sandwich shop.
The service was ok but seemed impatient with me not being familiar with the Menus. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience but nothing there to bring me back.

Great location next to Meijer. Fast friendly staff. The food is all prepared fresh to order. The taste is excellent. They do have Cherry Coke on tap. That’s very important. The fries are fresh cut. The restaurant is very clean. The price is good for the amount you get. This is a quick quality food spot!

We arrived at the Drive Thru speaker and had to say “Hello” after a full minute before a female employee acknowledged us. We ended up purchasing two large sandwiches and two fries. While ordering I had to repeat myself multiple times and even after that was asked the same question (size, sandwich type, topping preferences). My husband ordered a Barnyard BBQ sandwich -NO TOMATO and NO MAYO-clearly specified ONLY LETTUCE AND JALAPEÑOS with the BBQ that comes on the chicken (repeatedly told to cashier as mentioned above). When we returned home his $14 sandwich had extra of the things he DIDNT want (tomato mayo) and could not eat it. Please consider moving this employee out of the drive thru so she can clearly communicate with customers. I am looking for compensation of the sandwich my husband could not eat. Thank you.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and FOOD!!
It was my 1st (and last time) at this establishment. It was bad from the beginning. The very large woman that was behind the counter was very rude and unfriendly from the time we placed our order. My younger son paid for his food, and everyone else’s order was ready and the rest of us were eating, when my younger son asked the woman where his food was. She had the audacity to tell him he was lying about not getting his food and initially refused to make him his sandwich. When she finally did, she made it wrong!! He then asked for a refund, and after reluctantly crediting his card, told him all of us had to “get the hell out”!!!! She had the nerve to kick us out after she was unprofessional and extremely rude!! Some of the guys didn’t even get to finish their food!
The FOOD was BAD. My other son said it tasted spoiled. My sons friend got sick later on that day. I’m going to assume it was food poisoning.
The staff were dirty and smelled like Marijuana.
The manager was notified and offered a free sandwich and didn’t address the disrespectful situation at all.
Will never go back and never recommend!! -10 stars

The food was excellent but I repeated the order 3 times and it wasn’t right. I ordered a small sub and medium sub but got 2 regulars. Usually there is excellent service but not only was my order wrong they were slow.

Seriously, in the last 6 months we’ve stopped in here 4 times and have been unable to even get them to take order. I wait in line for 10+ mins. Drive up to window and see them in there. Nothing. So I drive around to go in and get food to find pink paper stating lobby is closed to go to drive thru. Go sit another 15 mins to just be ignored.. last straw .. never again. Pride ? How ? Ignoring customers?

Decided to try this place again after a previous bad experience. Placed my order and when asked what toppings i wanted i said i would add as sandwiches were being made. Employee said ok. While waiting (i was the only person in line but they were making delivery orders too) i expected the employee to ask when it was my order. Instead, i was handed a bag with my order. I said i didnt tell you what i wanted on the sandwiches and she replied that i said i wanted mayo, lettuce and tomato on both? I told her i said no such thing and she got loud and rude. I told her when i ordered i said i would add toppings as they were made. Again she got loud and rude as she shouted “thats not the way we do things!” When i told her no one told me that when i ordered, again she shouted thats not how we do it. She probably said that 5-6 times! Will never go back to this place as the last two trips resulted in horrible experiences. The owners need to teach their employees manners and tell them not to yell at customers!
