This place was great. Just caught my eye sitting it the stop light and thought what the hell. Let’s try it. The food was great and very fast. I had the Grandest Chicken with everything and it was awesome. Small was plenty for lunch. Plus you can pick up some good deals on alcohol while you are there.

I patronize this business quite a lot, and it seems like every time I come there’s always something wrong with the food. But this last time will be my last time. I ordered a cheesesteak and a kids meal first off taking my order. They asked me if I wanted to make the kids meal a combo and it already comes a combo with a drink and a fry then I ordered my sandwich the way that I get with extra mayo and extra mushrooms and I did not receive mayo on my sandwich or extra mushrooms when the establishment first started. The steak was very well seasoned and I asked them if they use steak seasoning just to request more when I was told that they just use salt and pepper. the food is bland. The customer service is mediocre when I let them know that my food was not right they offered extra mayo packets instead of making my

I have eaten steak escape three times. The first time I got the chicken Philly. That was trash especially when you can go to Jersey Mikes and get a perfect chicken Philly. However, the past two times I have gotten the chicken teriyaki bowl it was great. Today, it was steaming hot even by the time I got home. It needed a tiny bit more salt, but that was no problem. Never had a bad meal here so far and I’ve gone quite a bit. I get the best value when using their coupons. They treat first responders and the community well. The owners are nice. If there’s ever an issue they seem to bend over backwards to make it right. It’s a chain restaurant so don’t expect gourmet level food. I always get the Triple Cheese steak and I enjoy it more compared to sandwiches from other similar style places.

It’s more of a carrot place with a few tables. Food was good but the fries were awesome. They tasted like the fries we get at the fair each year. Great with malt vinegar. Kids running t was friendly. Sandwich could use a little more meat but my only complaint.

Worst sub ever. These guys forgot to put cheese on a cheese steak. Ordered a hot Italian ( asked for just as listed ). They put lettuce tomato and mayo but no itailian dressing..The sub says NOTHING about lettuce tomato etc but they put it on anyway. The fries were only half done limp and half cold. Never going back here again Jersey Mikes does a good cheesesteak but not this place.

Definitely not a fan. I love loaded cheese steak sandwiches, provlone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo,sauteed onion, mushrooms and the steak seasonings. This sandwich was tasteless and lacked the ingredients I asked for. I didn’t discover until I arrived at home. Instead of driving back I chalked it up as a loss. I usually goback and return that item for a refund. It’s not a place I will patronize again.

The Mrs. and I stopped here today on our way through Englewood. Extremely helpful and courteous, took care of our order promptly. Food was excellent and was exactly what we were looking for. We WILL be back to try other menu items.
