The cheesesteaks were pretty good. They were a little light on the meat, peppers, onions and mushrooms. We also had baked potatoes which was a nice option if you don’t want fries. The burger however wasn’t great and came with a cold piece of cheese just set on top of it. It seems like they have something for everyone, chicken nuggets, burgers, salads. So plenty of options to choose from. The prices are pretty high for being a fast food joint though. They gave us 2 20oz sodas and told us one was a medium and one was a large and charged more for the “large”. That was a little strange.

Excellent spot for a mall fast-food joint. Has a good variety of dishes, serves steak, chicken and fish and a lot of sides including salads, baked potatoes, fries and mozzarella sticks. They even have HALAL chicken sandwich and a veggie burger too! Pretty good menu and the prices are within acceptable range. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Really good service. My cheeseburger and fries came out very quickly. The bun was really soft and fresh. The veggies also fresh and hand cut. The french fries are awesome! They are straight cut style with a great seasoning instead of salt. I would recommend it to anyone who wants quality food when going to the Waterloo premium outlets.

Guy uses frozen chicken patty. Definitely not halal as advertised. Nothing on the sandwich either. Just patty, lettuce and tomato. Some Walmart brand ketchup on side for public use. Absolute trash food

Not sure who the guy was behind the counter but seemed his phone call was far more important than acknowledging my presence. After 5 minutes of staring at a menu and not so much as a hello, I decided to go to margaritas. No disappointment. Food was awesome

Went at 540. They close at 6 guy was in a bad mood. And charged $4.75 for kraft mac and cheese and didn’t advertise it was boxed. Also had clumps of powdered cheese in it. And left at 5:54pm so I couldn’t ask fot a refund and I don’t live around here. Chicken sandwhich tasted like a Mcchicken from McDonald’s but the bun was worse. I don’t complain much but very disappointed.

The reviews about the seating area being dirty are foolish; it’s mall food court seating. The mall cleans it, not the restaurant workers.
We got a cheesesteak, fries and a kids’ tenders meal. All of it was delicious. The fries were super crispy, but that’s perfect IMHO. I hate soft fries. The roll/bun the cheesesteak was on was very soft and obviously fresh. The gentleman who took our order was friendly. The prices may seem high, but they’re literally the only thing open and our order was worth it.

The cashier took my order efficiently and the food arrived reasonably fast. The fries were great but the burger was colder than I would have wanted.
