Walked in an ordered a steak and fries to go. They forgot my fries then gave me an attitude in response telling me they never charged me for them. Ate my steak immediately in my car, it was bland and soggy.

This place was once a great spot for a delicious bite to eat. However I have noticed over the past few orders, that the foods quality has really fallen. Not only has the quality gone down the quantity has as well, steak sandwiches have about a quarter the meat and the pork roll sandwich is now just two slices cut in half. My last order was for a chicken sandwich. meatball sandwich and 2 cheese burgers. This was ordered through door dash and the restaurant excepted my order. 1 hour later when the food arrived, there were no burgers. I called the restaurant and the employee was extremely rude and told me not to use 3rd party ordering. They stated they do not make burgers anymore and they were none to blame for the missing food. Yet they still excepted the order. What would happen if I had just order 4 burgers?

At first, our family didn’t have the greatest experience with the Steak and Hoagie Factory. However, after expressing our concerns and issues everything was resolved right on the spot. Mike was very understanding and apologetic for everything and all the confusion but definitely made it better it better in our family’s book. Tonight we had delicious food & we were very pleased. Between the portion and taste it was a great dinner. Thank you Mike and Kevin for ensuring our family had the experience that we did today!

The food is good, but the guy who delivers for them on Thursday nights (young guy, perfect hair, gold chain, looks like a reject from “The Jersey Shore”) refuses to wear a mask or to respect requests for contactless delivery. Today was the last chance I gave them. Good thing there are plenty of good restaurants in the area. Hey Store Manager: this delivery guy just cost you a customer and earned you a negative review!

Tried to order food at 8:40 on Friday and was told the ovens were off. They close at 9:00. Then yesterday, ordered online. Got a call and was told they didn’t have a delivery person. They said to cancel it online. Had to call back because you can’t cancel it online. They canceled it over the phone. So on July 13th at around 11:30am I went into this establishment because I was very hungry and a lot of times I’m just too busy or tired to eat. I ordered and cheesesteak wrap and added an egg. The gentleman behind the counter was acting as if I was bothering him and I felt as if my being there was a total bother to him. He couldn’t even look me in the eye as I was ordering, he was looking out the window as I was talking to him. It was really rude. I just canceled my ordered and took my business to somewhere else. I’m really big on customer service, and he was the prime example of what should not be tolerated in customer service.

This place!!! Do not waste your money here. Sadly they used to be one of the best sandwich places around, with the fastest delivery. Then they found themselves under new ownership. They put out a new menu taking away more than half of their loved items leaving us with a menu that is just sad. Delivery one hour!!! It used to take them 30 mins tops. Now let’s also comment that when they deliver they forget to give you your entire order. It has now been 30 mins and I’m still waiting on the salad they forgot. Oh also worst cheesteak I’ve ever eaten. I hope that gives you a good reason to go somewhere else.

This place is by far one of the BEST places in the area to grab some grub! The food comes out and gets delivered hot! The boneless wings are by far my favorite and with a dash of some Cajun spice on them, they get sent over the top! The fries with some wiz on the side and a decent cheesesteak always warms my heart and is much needed on a WEEKLY basis! This is no joke! If I could have this everyday I would, this place is lucky I don’t work for them or they would lose serious money. The hoagies rock when it’s hot but the chicken always brings me back. Don’t get me started on the warm welcome you get when you walk into the restaurant, it is one of the best feelings ever. Most places nowadays are “distant” and I get that but it’s still cool to be nice to people and this place gets that! The welcome Gab gives when you walk into the place just makes me feel as if the hectic day has paused and I feel like a friend has welcomed me into their home. All by a simple greeting and a warm soul wanting to just make you feel welcomed. Sometimes that gets lost and it’s needed nowadays. I’ve also had the luxury of having their food delivered and that was delivered quick, hot, and delicious as always! Thank you to that team for having a great spirit and for having BOMB FOOD! I will definitely be back as always! Until next time.. a hungry loyal fan of this Steak and Hoagie Factory from Levittown, Pa.

It’s a very good place to go if you are watching what you eat and trying to eat well. Really. I had no complaints with the food nice atmosphere people that work there are nice I mean they didn’t bend over backwards for you but they got the job done well. Which is what everybody ask for right, so give me it was well worth the trip there.!!
