Normally order from here at night for dinner and it is okay. Never blown away. Just regular Stoagie cheesesteak. Got a cheesesteak for lunch today and honestly I was blown away. The phone girl was more polite and warm than the girls at night. The cheesesteak was 100 times better; from the roll to the way the meat was chopped up and distributed into the roll. Who ever is day crew is 10/10! Thank you for the good service and really good cheesesteak and tots .

I was really disappointed with my order. The buffalo wings were completely dry and had almost no flavor, and the hoagie was also dry and not enjoyable at all. Living near Philly, I know I can find much better food than this.
What made it worse was the service. I called to talk it through and when I asked for a manager, the call was hung up on. When I called back, I was just told to go through DoorDash instead of anyone trying to help.

Passing through Philadelphia it is always a requirement to get a steak with wiz, well even though it’s on the outskirts I wasn’t going to break the rules and Steak and Hoagie Factory did not disappoint. There is a very strong chance this was the best cheese steak I’ve ever had with excellent service and all around great vibe. Definitely worth a try or a weekend ritual.

It’s been over 10 years since my last Philly cheesesteak and this place did not disappoint! Fresh baked hoagie rolls and many sauces to choose from. I walked 20 minutes in 25 degree weather and it was worth every single step! Highly recommended for authentic Philly cheesesteak!

I would take Steak and hoagie factory cheese steaks over so many of the well known places. I think it rivals Joes in Fishtown. The roll is probably the best part. They never taste dry. They are always great. I think I love them because they always taste the same as they did 10-15-20 years ago.

Recently we purchased a take-out order from the Steak and Hoagie Factory on Old York Road in Abington. The large chicken and tuna antipasto salads (with rolls) were delicious and filling. There was enough for two meals. I highly recommend Steak and Hoagie Factory in Abington.
