First off my fiance said they were the sweetest couple, the owners and that they took extra care in preparing our pizzas! Well let me just say, yes they truly did bc this was some amazing pizza!! The sause, fresh ingredients, the crunch in the crust, just wonderful. Hands down this was some good pizza and at a great price!

Do Not go here for anything Greek! Greek salad isn’t iceberg lettuce and pitted jar purple olives. And it has it’s own dressing. The Balsamic and vinegar was a nice substitute. The atmosphere was nice as well as the customer service. But $7.99 for a standard iceberg salad being sold as Greek? Also forget spinach pies unless you want a spinach pizza.

I visited Starvks for lunch on a Tuesday at 1:10 PM, feeling excited about trying their offerings. I was particularly thrilled to find that they serve both Coke and Pepsi products, as it’s always nice to have options. I decided to order a Coke Zero and pair it with their garlic knots, which I had heard great things about.
However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when the server, who was incredibly sweet and attentive, informed me that they were out of Coke Zero. To make matters worse, they were also sold out of garlic knots, which was quite disappointing as I had been looking forward to them.
Trying to make the best of the situation, I opted for half an order of mozzarella sticks instead, which turned out to be fantastic and definitely a highlight of the visit. I also had my eye on the sub special with fries but was informed that they were out of chicken for the sub and could not substitute it with another type of chicken, which was quite frustrating.
After weighing our limited options, we ultimately decided to leave since they were out of or sold out of several items we wanted to try. It’s unfortunate because I had high hopes for this visit. I appreciate the server’s kindness, but the lack of availability for key menu items significantly impacted our dining experience. I hope they can improve their inventory management in the future so that other customers have a better experience.

Staff is friendly and quick with service food is fresh and absolutely delicious. I had a calzone and my husband had the 2 slice special and we still had food to take home for lunch or dinner again. Nice quiet atmosphere and is definitely our new lunch date spot!

08-22-25 Its getting difficult to justify the prices here. $23 for a medium pepperoni, in which the last 3 have been very below average. They 100% definitely cut down on the amount of cheese on the pizzas. Quality I used to expect is long gone.
03-22-24 Told me an hour and fifteen minutes for pickup. Showed up in an hour and was handed a cold pizza. Bro…. pizza is still the best so I put up with this from time to time.
09-09-20 Update: Came back cause I missed yall and maybe overreacted. Large pepperoni was absolutely amazing. I’ll order again this week.
12-15-20: No garlic on the white pizza.
04-07-20 I cannot believe I am writing this edit… but here goes. The inconsistency in the last 3 months has become itself consistent. Everything from forgetting toppings, to making a pizza incorrect, to getting pizza with barely any cheese to having my pizza sit on the oven for 10 minutes after I paid because the cashier didn’t even look for it after cashing me out. And when a customer calls and states their pizza was made incorrectly, the appropriate response is not, “sorry.” Sorry? How about, “let us fix that for you!” GDI, now I’m ordering chain pizza again. Hope to hear from someone on this.
11-13-20 just wanted to remind everyone how lucky we are to have this pizza place in our neighborhood. I had to eat pizza from Anthony’s in Altamonte last night and it was trash. Hate to lift up by putting others down, but Anthony’s is all over radio claiming superiority.
09-12-20 The White Pizza is amazing! On par with 2 of my favorite pizza shops in Orlando.
Update 03-17-20 Just got a medium peperoni and it was amazing!
Update 12-23-19 new pic half cheese half chicken and banana pepper which is my new favorite combo…Absolute fire! Put a little crust on the cheese side and it was amazing. Eating leftovers now.
Updated 08-29-19 with new pics. Standing here eating this pizza in my kitchen right now with the biggest smile on my face.
05-14-19 So here’s the deal. This is the best pizza in all of Deltona and Orange City. I won’t name the others but they are absolute dog food. One of them…Bearnos in OC closed down….no surprise. The others in Deltona are disgusting because they have little competition. Shown is a medium peperoni. They are not thin and crispy pizzas. They are loaded with cheese and because so, they actually reheat great the next day in a toaster oven! Sauce is good, veggie toppings are fresh and high quality meats are used. Take my advice or find out for yourself how bad the others are. I know this post seems like more hate towards their competition but I have to let it be known I tried all the other places and they were not even close.

This time I stayed here, there was a Jacuzzi in my room! I was SO EXCITED, until I found the previous guest’s hair in it… The chicken wings were absolutely fantastic! The pizza was rather bland compared to other visits, but I think Chef Steve was off. Last time I was here, they had apple juice available for my daughter in a mickey mouse cup. The server told me they did not make them anymore 🙁 Hope to see you all again next time!

I love their Greek salad and to this day it’s still the best one I chose to sit in and eat partial of my meal today while I waited for Pizza and I heard the chef at the pizza oven cussing out the girls servers and finally it got so bad and he slammed stuff that I finally had to say something cause I was sitting right there trying to enjoy my meal then he announced he was the owner Which I then proceeded to say that sad if he’s acting like that to his employees in front of customers and he doesn’t care about customer service and he proceeded to say no I don’t enjoy your meal. Now he may have been having a bad day and I’m gonna give him credit for that did find out he is related to the server and to even treat family like that is worse in my opinion, shows their character there were scripture verses all up on their whiteboard For him to be acting so mean and not even caring about his customers was highly disappointing today. The pizza is not even close to what it used to be. I will probably just order to go. The Greek salad from now on.

I love a good small business restaurant to go to! This was my first time at Stavro’s. I’m a simple eater and I typically get chicken tenders almost every where I go. These chicken tenders are delicious and aren’t the typical frozen tenders you get other places! I’m loving the steak fries too! I also love how down to earth the owner and employees were. The dining area reminded me a good old mom and pop eatery! Definitely gave me the authentic Italian vibes!

Update on 3/22/2024. Had the Special pizza. They have the best pizza in the area. Fresh ingredients and it’s not greasy at all! Save room for dessert.
Lasagna is still the best, and the desserts are delicious!
So we’ve had their pizza and the Greek salads. Both are pretty darn good. Now I’ve had their lasagna. A great dish. Our server was very attentive to our needs. We’ll definitely be back.
