For years we had our reservations coming here cause I was worried the quality wasnt going to match the prices like many out restaurants in the area.
We finally came and im happy to say everything was amazing.
We got the scallops and bacon cheese dip as appetizers and it was great.
We also had the venison with a side of brussels and duck for dinner and it was also very good.
I had a strawberry and litchi cocktail and the campfire old fashioned and they very perfect.
Definitely would recommend, it was well worth it and definitely not expensive for what you get.

We just had the most amazing dining experience we have had in… I don’t even know how long. My husband surprised Me with beautiful quiet celebration of our 20th wedding anniversary and the service, cocktails, food, atmosphere, service far exceeded expectations even after reading the great reviews.. Everything was perfect.

Just finished up with our anniversary dinner here, and everything was excellent. Server was attentive, championship duck and Chilean sea bass were superb. Everything we tried was fresh and well crafted. Nicely done! We’ll be back.

We came here for our valentine’s day dinner and this place was warm, cozy and absolutely delicious. I got the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly, my husband got the duck and said it was the best duck he has ever had and it was also cooked perfectly. The cocktails were on point,our favorite was the gin blueberry smash.The two women, Annette and I am sorry I forgot the other name were kind,efficient, funny and it felt like hanging out with old friends. We recommend this place 10/10

Our kids got us a gift certificate to dine here after we had heard so many good things. We were not disappointed. We went a few weekends ago on a Sunday night and it was very quiet. Cute little place. Service was excellent (well there were only two tables to serve but our server was very attentive and pleasant). We shared a charcuterie board (the french one), got drinks and my husband got the wagyu sirloin and fries while I got the lamb chops. Everything was delicious. We had cocktails too. He also ordered a campfire old fashioned which was fun as the marshmallow was flaming and I ordered a special with strawberry and lychee but the lychee overpowered it (meaning I couldn’t taste the strawberry at all) – both were good. I would definitely recommend although I do wonder about the noise level if it were at capacity.

I came here on Mother’s Day to celebrate with my mom, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing—especially since we came in hungry and had made a reservation for 7 PM. When we arrived, the host had no idea about our reservation and only seated us after I showed her the confirmation. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, so that was the first red flag.
It took nearly 20 minutes just for someone to come by and ask for our drink order. When we told the server we were ready to order food too, she snapped, “I’m only ready for drinks.” It came off as really rude and unprofessional. After we got our drinks, it was another 20 minutes before they came back to take our food order—and then we waited another 40 minutes for the food to actually arrive.
What made it worse was watching the group seated after us get their food before us, while others who were seated before us were still waiting. It felt completely disorganized, like no one was actually managing the dining experience.
The food itself was good, but when you’re hungry and paying that kind of money, the service really matters. For what we spent, we could’ve had a better overall experience at a place like Fleming’s. This place seriously needs better staff training and a reminder that treating customers with respect—and serving them in a timely way—is the bare minimum in hospitality.

It’s such a small upscale place with absolutely amazing atmosphere and phenomenal food. It is truly a gem to find in Pottstown. I will be back ! 10/10 but it’s a small place so MAKE RESERVATIONS! 🙂 very worth it .

2024: Made a reservation here for the exotic tapas night, and it did not disappoint! Got to enjoy Uni, Goose barnacles, frog legs, yak sliders, mullet bottarga pasta, ostrich, kangaroo sausage, and lotus root! It was such a fun and exciting experience! The restaurant itself is very cozy and has intriguing decor. The staff are excellent at providing great service. I plan on coming back soon. Would highly recommend!

I have wanted to try Stave and Stable for a while now, but they’re open only Thursdays through Sundays. Maybe Saturdays. Anyway, I did get to try it out and i must say, it wasn’t disappointing. The hostess, who was also the bartender and the waitress was nice, professional and definitely knows her stuff. The atmosphere was cozy, with soft music playing in the background and the food…umm…umm…umm. I had a wagyu sirloin for my main course and scallops for my appetizer. The food is absolutely amazing. I must warn you, it is a bit pricey, but it’s well worth it. I’ll definitely be going there again.
