The lounge is dead, Service poor, wait was over 2 hrs long for no reason , paid 5$ for a can soda. Waiter didn’t explain anything just rung up the food. Very over priced made us pay upfront before knowing if service or food is good or not!

Went in for a random night with my hubby and was told about Status Lounge!! As soon as I walked in it was a great atmosphere!!! Was greeted by beautiful ladies and they told us we could sit wherever we wanted!!! Not long after, we were greeted and asked our order. The manager greeted after receiving our food and made sure we were good and enjoying ourselves. His name was Silas. He was great!! Will def recommend this spot to my friends!! We also booked hubbys birthday party there as well!

Silas is amazing and accommodating! Jessica is so sweet and has remembered my order! The wings are amazing ! I love the lemon pepper. The cook know what he doing. Music is on point. Pear margarita is the strongest! Visit this place during the day! They have become family!

We were celebrating my niece’s 32nd birthday. She reserved section. They claim it’s free but requires a $150 deposit . They gave her pushback when it was time to get her money back. The DJ was wack!! Played mostly downsouth music. The club is a nice size and i like the stripper poles. I also liked that they allow you to bring in your own cake.
Bartender was trash. We Ordered 2 Hennessey Margarita and they taste like kool-aid. For $19 they should have been stronger. The server was nice but tried to get over, they don’t tell you the “tip” aka service fee is already included. She showed us the total quickly. I’ve been scammed before so I asked. When you get to the tip part it doesn’t say “additional ” tip as it should. They aren’t the only one running this “scam” so be aware. We ordered our food togo and it was mediocre. The chicken and waffle Is advertised as bone in fried chicken but they gave us chicken Tenders and The Tenders were too salty. They didn’t give us any syrup. The Mac-N-Cheese was wack. Barely any flavor. My steak was overcooked and didn’t have any “Carribean” sauce. We will not go back!

I recently went to this lounge and had an interesting experience. Firstly the entire food experience was underwhelming to say the least. Service was terrible it took 30 minutes plus to get a Lemon Drop and a water. Which the lemon drop had no liquor. But honestly the servers did seem nice and the atmosphere was pretty good.

We got a section for my sister birthday. So we were told the section was free until we got there. Then we were told we had to buy a bottle or spend a certain amount or we would get kicked out our section. They do NOT allow a tab, instead you have to pay 18% gratuity EVERYTIME you order something. Our server was pretty decent but that’s it that all. They don’t even offer a free hookah or bottle to the birthday person. Just book the Euro Lounge they are so much classier and better with customer service and not cheating the customer out of a dollar. I will never book here again.

Making a customer pay for the food BEFORE ever receiving the food makes ME the customer feel unwelcome. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The waitress was nice and respectful, which I appreciate. Definitely stay away from this place at all cost. The drinks were subpar at best and the food wasn’t freshly prepared. Being charged $5 for a bottle of Deer Park water is diabolical.
