Incredibly rude staff. Food is decent but the hostess yelled at us to stand behind the sign at the entrance. So my daughter punched the sign out. Hostess still had no sense of humor. I think these young robust hostesses are mad at the world.

There was a line of abt 20 ppl waiting to be seated while there was 4-5 waitresses standing around not bussing tables. I asked for the Mgr who advised if they cleaned the tables, they would just get backed up in the kitchen and we would still have to wait. They should hire more help part time. The Mgr could have been more polite abt the situation.

Fast service and Kitana was an awesome server! There was a major KAREN family in the restaurant, and Kitana, the manager, & the rest of the staff handled them with poise and grace. Way to go! Also, the food is delicious & reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

So for a resort that is practicing all CDC guidelines, and accommodations first place I’ve ever been too that is NOT doing to go plates. Normally I don’t post reviews but this really irked me as I’ve eaten at this establishment before and guess what it was TO GO. They told me I was more than welcome to go sit at the bar I told them I didn’t want to be around people. STATS you have to do better for those with underlying health conditions so you get this 1 star rating and I NEVER leave reviews and then on top of that the waiter was absolutely rude about it.

Ordered chicken and waffles. The waffles were burnt. The replacement was just as bad. Management charged me for chicken tenders instead but didnt give me the full order. Would not adjust bill. Was more interested in standing around watching football then helping customers.

Surprisingly this is a very good place to eat! I say surprisingly because you just wouldn’t think it would be this good!! The food and service is absolutely superb as well as the price / quality of food that you receive. The only downside is that the bar is rather small and the cost of drinks is rather expensive. $5 to $6 for a long neck bottle I’d beer is to expensive for most.

It took a while for someone to take our order. After we ordered and got our drinks we sat there for 30 minutes. I finally saw our waiter and put my hands up like what’s up? He came over to the table and told us our order didn’t get put in. He blamed it on register tape? We left. Won’t go back again.
