This review may be skewed from nostalgia, but I was very underwhelmed from my first visit since the Union Tavern closed.
The atmosphere is much improved, the place looks modern with the nod to its historical roots. The wait staff is fantastic, they made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us at the right frequency.
The issue revolved around the food. I ordered the clam chowder, that was beyond delicious. My wife ordered chips with guac and salsa. The guac was delicious, but the salsa was too mild and very bland.
When our dishes arrived, they were plates well. I had the Chicken Parmesan over pasta and my wife had the Engine Co. Street Tacos. The chicken was tender and delicious, but the pasta was under cooked and the sauce had too much basil (and was garished with more basil) that it overwhelmed the dish.
My wife’s tacos were too heavy on the tortillas and the pork did not have the desired taste for prok tacos.
Overall the cost to quality of the food is what left us disappointed, it will be some time before we will try it again.

I went tonight with my family and was amazed! The ambience is wonderful, and I love how they’ve spruced it up. I ordered the Spinach Dip for an appetizer and the Station BBQ Stack Sandwich for my meal — all of which were absolutely delicious and would highly recommend. We also split the pork tacos per the request of our waitress and enjoyed that as well. We will definitely be returning, and I have my eyes set on the crème brûlée for next time!

Did you ever go to a place and the food you get was way Better than what you expected… yeah thats Station 1633 Table & Tavern.
I didn’t bother getting an entree. I got 3 of the appetizers. I don’t judge I was hungry.
The charcueuri board was fantastic. It was laid out intentionally, and the cheeses and meats were top tier.
Backdraft shrimp. It had just enough kick, cooked perfectly and again. The plating was great
The wings, were cooked perfectly. They had the kick that you would expect.
Service was not perfect. Initially slow on refills, but they were attentive enough I and not intrusive.
I looked around at some of the meals other people were getting, whoever is plating, their food definitely knows what they’re doing.
The salmon and the steak although I did not order them, they looked amazing.
If you’re in the area, this is definitely a place worth going to. The vibe is sort of like a sports bar with a top tier, firemens, hangout? Definitely bring your date and impress them.

A great new restaurant in town! So far I’ve had the calamari and station burger and both were fantastic. Good music, good food, and great customer service. Highly recommend!!

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. The chili was delicious, the braised short rib was amazing and the Thai chicken salad was just ok. The chicken didnt have any flavor. Just a boiled chicken breast. If they would serve the chicken salad with grilled or wonton breaded chicken and marinade it, it would deserve 5stars. But I will give them the benefit of the doubt since I cannot give half stars. Will probably be back.

My short ribs & creme brulee were unbelievable out of this world delicious. Perfect custard consistency. The fish and chips portion was giant. Will definitely be back!

I was in town with my wife and kids and had one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. All meals were excellent, the service was incredible, and we felt lucky that we picked this place for dinner. Anything less than 5 stars would be a crime against this establishment, and when I find myself back in the area will definitely stop in again.
