the food was just okay but the cocktails were good… the ambiance was slightly preferable compared to buckalews as they have al fresco dining… unfortunately these are not enough for is to consider returning…

I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Station 117 Tavern and Garden Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. The decor is charming, and the outdoor seating area is delightful. For those who prefer to dine indoors, the restaurant offers air-conditioned seating, which is perfect for escaping the heat.
From the moment I arrived, the host and staff were friendly and courteous, setting the tone for a wonderful evening. I started with their specialty cocktail, the Paper Plane, which was expertly crafted and refreshing. The shrimp cocktail appetizer was the perfect complement, with fresh and flavorful shrimp.
For the main course, I opted for the filet mignon with roasted red bliss potatoes. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the potatoes were a delicious side. Our server, Madison, was attentive and fantastic throughout the meal, enhancing the overall dining experience.
I highly recommend Station 117 Tavern and Garden Restaurant. They offer a great selection of food and drinks, and the location is conveniently within walking distance of various other shops. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience, this is the place to go!

Service took quite a while. We sat for about 10 minutes until we finally had a server come up to us with water telling us he would be right with us. He then went to the table next to us and got their order. They were waiting just as long as us, maybe longer, to place their order. Drinks were decent. Honestly, I’ve had worse, but i definitely have had better. Had the lavender haze and the peach spritzer special drink. Our table had two lobster bisques. Mine was alright, but apparently, the other one was more cold rather than warm. They had one piece of lobster each. The food was good. The old beach haven spaghetti was good.
My main complaint was, fortunately, not for my table, but the food runner brought food for the table next to us, and i guess, dropped some french fries on the tray. I watched him pick up the french fries with his bare hands and put them back on the plate to serve that table their food. A little unsanitary, in my opinion. Also, the hosts and servers didn’t feel very aware of their surroundings. The hosts were talking and on their phones, and the servers were walking wherever they were going barely looking around at the other tables.
Overall service took quite a while.
Kevin was nice but pretty soft-spoken. My table had trouble hearing him talk, especially in the loud restaurant where the sound resonated from all the other tables (we were indoors). The bathroom was pretty messy, but thankfully, i interacted with someone who worked there who replaced the paper towels, which was out. The tables were cleaned fast.
I shouldn’t complain much since it was a sunday night and everywhere was busy with wait times, except for a table inside here. But it was my first time here, and honestly, i was expecting better, especially for the price.

This bar/ restaurant is brand new to LBI beach haven ! We needed a cool place to sit down while we waited for our beach rental & we found ourselves here. Beautiful decor & design inside and out. The outside bar / patio area was our favorite. Not only was the waitstaff completely amazing, attentive & kind. They also had live music during the day ! The gentleman played some great tunes and had an awesome voice. The environment was very relaxed, clean and honestly peaceful. I look forward to coming back here and enjoying a nice meal! Great job Station 117 !! Awesome place !!!

First time trying this place & I was extremely satisfied! Aperol spritz was made perfectly, general tsos cauliflower was TO DIE FOR, & we also got some of their flatbreads which were really good. Prices are very fair. I’ll be coming back!

When it first opened, I liked this adjunct to Buckalew’s, which I’ve enjoyed since the 1970s. Wanted to introduce my husband to a nice LBI experience.
This wasn’t it. New dining room not open for lunch. Waitress in the patio let us sit for a while, finally brought us drinks. Vanished. Never showed up to take a food order. My husband pointed out that none of the other patrons had food in front of them, not a good sign. We asked for our drinks check, the same waitress (who acted like she never saw us before in her life) comped us. No skin off her nose as no alcohol was involved. Won’t be going back.

Came for mid-day drinks and a snack. Sat on the patio. They no longer made the drinks we originally wanted, which were listed on the menu. Also, tried to order a side of sweet potato fries that we saw on the menu but apparently they no longer made those either. Had a spicy marg that had just a few ice cubes in it, mainly sweet n sour, and a frozen espresso martini which was poorly frozen, half was melted and the other half was flavorless ice. Server said that they work at both bucks and there but had no menu knowledge of Station 117 menu. We were excited to stop in, the area is nice, beautiful patio as long as there’s a little breeze. But overall experience fell very short. Went to Birds down the street and had a wonderful experience.

I have never experienced racism to this extend. We are Indian couple with a toddler waited 30 mins and once we were seated the waiter completed ignored us. When we did manage to get his attention he stated he would be right with us. We kept waiting while watching the waiter give out checks to other tables and take desert orders did not once check on us to even take our orders. Then he continued to check on his other tables not once did he come to take our orders. Horrible horrible experience I am mortified to even see this. Poor management and clearly they did not care for our business. If you’re not white don’t bother going there. The only nice person was Julia at the front desk. We ended up walking out. I can’t believe this type of management still exists.
