We have been regular customers with this business for a while now. We ordered a deep dish pizza. The pizza had the tall crust but no sauce on top and the sauce it did have under the cheese was watery. The cheese was very hard and would just fall off the slice in one hard clump. We also ordered the shrimp which was served in to go plate that was melted on the bottom and the shrimp almost fell out the bottom when I took it out of the bag. We called to complain and the person that answered me said deep dish pizzas don’t have sauce on top and argued about why the sauce is watery. Anyhow I can understand a mishap but poor customer service = a lost customer.

I LOVE stateline pizza, it’s my favorite pizza I’ve been a customer for a very long time. But I’ve been highly unsatisfied with the customer service when SHANIYA T. Works. Anytime I order food it seems like she’s working and her customer service is terrible. She always acts like she has an attitude and seems to be rushing me or my husband anytime we call to order food. I got pizza tonight and my husband forgot to ask for change once they dropped the food off. So I called back to ask them to make sure the driver had change. I said hello, I order pizza already and I would like and next thing I know she hangs the phone up on me, so rude. Like I literally heard the Click , and at this point I’m annoyed so I call back and she finally lets me get what I have to say out. But if the poor customer service continues no matter how much I love this pizza I will find another place to go.

They take a long time to answer the phone and put you on hold as soon as they pick up. But the pizza is decent. But they can definitely work on the customer service.

I finally tried this place for the first time, and I will admit that it was pretty good!! Old school pizza tastes old school, vibe and it’s straight out of an old school pizza oven. What more could you ask for? I can honestly say I don’t eat everyone’s crust, but I ate the entire piece!
