As a frequent patron of your restaurant for a considerable period, I have consistently enjoyed the high standard of service, particularly from your kitchen staff, whose culinary skills are exceptional – particularly Manny’s.
However, since the employment of a new bartender, Jay, I have unfortunately experienced inconsistent and, at times, discriminatory service. On several occasions, I have not been served in a timely manner, or at all, despite other patrons being attended to. While I understand that individual service styles may vary, this pattern suggests a potential issue requiring your attention.
My concern centers around the principle of fair and equal treatment for all customers. Negative experiences like this can significantly impact customer satisfaction and ultimately your business reputation. First of all the drinks are very watered down and the place doesn’t bring in a crowd because the owner is horrible he doesn’t trust anyone behind the bar that would bring a crowd in there. Jackie is a great bar maid but Jack won’t let her run it the way she needs to. Like it’s just a mess

It may not look like much on the outside but Jack’s bar is a great spot to socialize after work or before going out to the clubs. It’s low key, ample amount of street parking and the people are just chill. The owner Jack is a down to earth guy who loves to socialize with his customers. I’ve spent many a night there just talking and playing pool. Try this spot and let me know how you like it. If I’m there and the juke box is playing you better believe we will be dancing.

If the owner of this bar is related to the owner of the apartment above it, this place needs to be reviewed by the health department. Regional HUD offices, and government Compliance offices have been notified of the deplorable condition in this apartment
