VERY loud when busy.
Food is mediocre. This feels like every other breakfast spot that’s opened around here lately, same menu, same ingredients. We ordered the Mom’s Breakfast (over medium egg, sausage patty), and Southern Benedict. I don’t know what brand their sausage is, but lots of places use it AND ITS DISGUSTING, like a hockey puck with some spices. Also, was cold. Pancakes were good, egg cooked well. We did not receive the Southern Benedict, but some other lighter Benedict with no meat. Side of cheese grits not quite done, and “cheese” means a handful of shredded cheese not really mixed in. We didn’t complain, it’s fine, easy mistake.
Coffee was thick, a bit too strong for my taste, didn’t need a second cup.
Prices seemed a bit high for basic fare.
I expected a bit better from Trophy Club.
Service: The service was outstanding. I called my order in and the guy took my order pretty quickly and when I got there, I only waited less than five minutes. The manager at the front desk was super nice and attentive. 5 out of 5
Atmosphere: The atmosphere was wonderful. I can see myself coming in there for some work and a cup of tea one day.
Price: I paid a little over $11 for what I ordered. So, I think that is a bit high however, it was feeling.
The service made the experience worse. The food came out in installments, with items repeatedly forgotten. Each time we asked for something, the waitress seemed impatient. Toward the end, she would drop off items and quickly walk away. Even after tipping 20%, there was no acknowledgment, no thank you, and no goodbye when we left.
On top of that, the seating was very cramped and uncomfortable, making it hard to enjoy the meal. Overall, this was not a pleasant dining experience.
I would not go there again.
Unusual way to serve pancakes with powdered sugar on top. Not a fan.
The skillet dinners more than filled me up.
Had super fast service. Seat almost as soon as we got there. Even the check was handled quickly, very little waiting.
For me I had the the chorizo skillet with biscuits. The price of all the food is fair and in line but I did not receive very much chorizo in the mix. My impression was that the eggs would have contained the chorizo like when one gets a breakfast taco with chorizo. But the eggs were just scrambled on top of the mix and not in with the ingredients which I am used to and thought that is how it would be done. Choice would not to come back.
