Finally, when we managed to place our food orders, I decided to go with a burger featuring an Impossible patty, hoping it would be a satisfying vegetarian option. However, what should have been a straightforward order turned into an ordeal. After nearly an hour of waiting, my burger arrived but to my dismay, it wasn’t vegetarian. After pointing this out twice, I placed my order once more. The third attempt finally resulted in an Impossible patty, but by then, I was ready to leave, and my meal was boxed up to go.
To add insult to injury, the initial interactions with our waiter were anything but pleasant. Their combative demeanor made it feel as though any attempt to resolve the issue was met with resistance rather than understanding. It was a frustrating experience that overshadowed what should have been a fun outing with family.
NEVER AGAIN STARTERS YOU GIYS ARE HORRIBLE!!! ZERO STARS THEY ONLY GOT THIS ONE JUST TO REVIEW
The only person who was somewhat welcoming was the young lady checking guests in. Once we were seated, we were placed at a small table right next to the door — not ideal for a group of five — which immediately felt dismissive.
Our server… where do I even start? Bright pink wig, ashy lips, and a sour disposition. She rushed us to order, pointed at us, repeated “what are you getting?” like we were on some timed game show, and barely acknowledged us beyond that. She even delivered the wrong order and had the audacity to tell us we needed to communicate with the staff about it. Before we left, she instructed us to stack our plates. Newsflash: we’re customers, not dishwashers. Clearly, she has not served anyone with fine dining expectations — and it shows.
The food and drinks didn’t help. My drink was ridiculously strong for no reason. My spinach dip and chips? Everything was oversalted — the chips, the dip, everything. My girlfriend’s martini came with an extreme amount of olives, and when we casually mentioned it to the waitress, her response was basically, “We don’t void alcohol.” Excuse me? We didn’t ask her to void anything — we were literally just pointing out the issue. Everything we ordered was mid at best and salty.
