I’ve ordered a chili dog and the cook didn’t even cook it right it was cold and the cheese was all cold as well terrible place. This happened 10/30/25 at 12:53pm. Server was nice and kind but cook sucks! I would 0 if I could. If people don’t like working in there or just don’t want to work at least try to do it right, we as customers don’t have the time to check food right then and there.

This is the 5th time I order takeout, and they always get my burger order wrong. I always tell them no mustard, and they act like I’m telling them extra mustard. The buns were also super soggy. They are the worst at listening. I also ordered chicken strips and they smell like straight plastic.

First of all when ordering cashier did not mention patties being smaller than usual. I ordered a jr burger meal a value burger 1 large fries and a medium drink my total was $14 and change as I took the first bite I tasted the raw meat so I checked the other burger and it was also raw so I asked for my $$ back I waited a good 30 min for my refund to only receive $2.14 back what a waste of my time for $2 never will I go to stars drive-in in Rio Grande City Tx

Stripes has the best fresh Lime drink! The chicken strips were very good too! I was traveling and passing through and was exactly what I wanted. Service was a little slow, and then the attendant forgot the straws, but we asked for them and she did.

I absolutely LOVE the food! Great place to go for fast-food! Typically a 10 to 15 minute wait if you order ahead of time; add about 5 minutes to those times if you order there amd wait outside for your food. They go outside with you food at times or wave you in to get it. However the only down side is the done in. They tend to do the take out orders above the dine in due to it being the more preferred way people like to eat their food, so expect longer wait times inside. Over all, no matter how long the wait, the waiting is worth it in my opinion and a worth while place to go to with friends or family alike.
