So first time using the app to try and get points, place burger orders 1 dry with cheese, and another basically the same but with pickles. I get my fries partially upside down in the bag, no big deal. Get home BURGERS BOTH made wrong, one missing cheese, the other with veggies and dressing. I call, worker states bring burgers in, i state my fam started picking at them pulling things off, worker says come by we’ll just make them again, I say thank you and to make it easy asked plain with cheese and meat only both as theyre for my kids. I get there, worker takes my ticket, a supervisor comes out, politely let them know I drove back on the context of what I was told, “just come we’ll make those burgers”, they want proof now, I ask can i have my fam text me pics, supervisor says they could be old photos, im like are u serious pics have time stamps. Long story short, manager was there or not their and her only day off, two workers with conflicting stories on manager availability. Meanwhile I wonder if they count their buns and jr paty meats if its that big a deal. Told them if I see them out where i work i’ll treat them better than how they treated me, and they need more practice in customer service, I would hate to have the burgers come out their pocket if this company is that frugal. Ain’t going back to this location, and avoiding the app.

Normally a great experience but this time was different, I felt like i was being rushed when placing my order for my family. I had to tell the order taker to hold up domt rush me because he kept saying what else, what else. On top of that I was missing 1 order of fries. And the car hope wanted to take all the food back so they can check that it was in fact missing an order of fries. This was so humiliating, to be treated like I was hiding a missing set of fries.

worst experience ever, we took our children to a late snack and ordered food for all 5 of us and my daughter wanted to redeem her school coupon for a “free ice cream” well a girl went to charge us and we told her about the coupon she went inside to ask as she was coming back we could see the guy inside told her no she was coming back to us then the guy called her back to remove the coupon I went to told him why his excuse was because the coupon wasn’t signed by school this is so ridiculous to do that to a child just for an ice cream. never going back….

Tried to place and order decided just to leave the person on the monitor speaker. Was just like yeah what do you want attitude. One of the servers was saying Im just mean like that to one of the other coworker. Not going back there again. These kids now a days are something else.
