The food was good; however, the service was very disappointing. I waited over 15 minutes for staff to take my order despite there being only three other customers present. I would recommend visiting the other location, as the service at this one was unsatisfactory.

I visited Stars Burgers on Price Road with my family around 9:10 PM, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. We spent about 15 minutes at the drive-thru, repeatedly pressing the button, and we never received any acknowledgment. We even moved to another spot, and still, no one got back to us. It was clear that staff inside were ignoring us on purpose, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don’t have the same experience.
