Let me start off by saying I have been here quite some amount of times, the bowling lanes are not bad. It’s what you expect from them. The front of house staff has always been great, I have never had any problems with them. The arcade has been fun. A great about of games to play and prizes to win. The reason I give it such a low review is because of the food service, the last three times I have been here it has been very slow to get to us and the food hasn’t really been good. The first two time I marked it up to it was busy, but tonight, my family and I had ordered a very simple s’mores dip, and it wasn’t that busy. It almost took an hour to get to us and it wasn’t good. They had to pick off the top because of how bad it was burnt. They couldn’t even finish it because of how bad it was.

Came here with the family for axe-throwing – was our first time. They have a great facility for axe throwing. The only reason it got 4 stars was because the wood plank targets were coming off the wall towards the end of our time, and our axes weren’t staying on target. However we had a lot of fun as a family and happy with our experience and glad we did this together.

Very slow service. Im not sure it was 100% on our waitress though because I saw a ton of staff standing around. I’m assuming they were security and management? Took forever for drinks and food. Both from the bar and the waitress. They also forgot to write down half of lour order so we just didn’t get it. I hate to leave bad reviews but this trip was definitely lacking. Sorry guys. VIP area was cool but vip service was mid. Not worth the extra money.

This bowling alley is amazing. The employees are so friendly. I love how the food comes on a robot to you. The bands that played on the weekend were amazing. Great food great bowling and great video games. Wonderful place to spend the day.

Place was a little busy, not too bad though-understandable as it was Black Friday. Nicky was our server and explained it was only her first week. It took them over and hour and a half to bring out our food and they kept bringing out food that wasn’t ours and I ended up not receiving one of our orders as well. Nicky explained that they had to remake our drinks several times as they kept getting thrown out in the back- don’t understand the reason behind this? Nonetheless Nicky wasn’t the problem. The managers Carnell and Amber were supposed to check on our concern yet never tended to us, highly disappointed with our experience as this was our first time visiting and more than likely won’t be back.

We originally planned to go somewhere else for our son’s 8th birthday, but at the last minute decided to come because of the special currently running. Even though two big events were happening when we got there, Chelsea went above and beyond to help us and make our experience the best possible. She truly made our son feel so special and we’re so glad we chose to come here to celebrate his birthday. A huge thank you to Chelsea and the entire staff! It was a wonderful day!

Last time I went here and it was a blast. Food was good service was good…………..this time. Bowling was fun paid for a hour lane broke down only got ten extra minutes didn’t even finish the game. Food was terrible . Got nachos with chicken. Hardly any chicken queso was cold and barely got any of that. The waitress who was really good said yea people complain about it. Here’s my problem. Whenever I pay for food or service up front I’m already skeptical. If you have a dish you serve that people complain about. Fix it. Also we didn’t even get to finish the game and I went to pay for for more time but was told I couldn’t because of the waiting list. You have a lane that’s making money and we have to stop because of a wait list? Yea didn’t enjoy ourselves this time. And had to drive 30 minutes to go to THIS one.

Everything is great about this place except the food. Everything is too salty… if they get someone who can actually cook the food fresh and actually season the food then it’ll be 5 stars all across but waaaay too much salt. If your drunk might be just right for you tho. When ubhave the munchies you dont care lol. But sheesh!
