We had a really great experience at Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center. We arrived during a very busy time, so food and drinks did take a little while to come out, but that was understandable with how crowded it was. Even with the rush, the staff remained friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made the experience really enjoyable. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. One thing to keep in mind is that the game points can go pretty quickly and the cost can add up, but they offer a lot of different options and packages so you can choose something that fits your budget and how long you plan to stay. Overall it was a great place to spend time with family and friends, and we would definitely come back again.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was exciting and welcoming. The bowling lanes were clean and well-maintained, and the music made it even more fun. I attended and helped plan an adult party here and the person who helped it get it all set up, her name started with a K I think, she was great. Answerd all our questions in the planning stage, we got set up with 4 lanes for 2 hours and it was a medium price per person, so all in all that part seemed fair. When the day came and we arrived for the party, the gentleman at the shoe counter handled us great, but as far as food and drinks, it was all SO unclear what we do. I tried to order a soda which was included in our package price per person and the man who dropped off a drink at our table after about 20 mins of waiting to see any staff, he told me I had to order it at the bar. After waiting at the bar for 10 mins I got told by the bartender I had to order with our waitress who was tending to our party. We had not seen her yet and she had not introduced herself to us to let us know she was tending to our needs. I told the bartender I had already been waiting for too long and she went ahead and made me the soda. The food also took too long to arrive. It just felt like we were waiting around for a very long time for the party to start when we arrived at 6:00. Personally I feel like the food should be ready, the waitress should immediately greet the party there and let her know how things are to be done. We had 20 people wandering around wondering when are food was going to arrive and where do we order drinks. On top of it being very loud which is understandable it’s that kind of place, I just feel like they could have handled the adult parties better. When the food did get there it was good, once a waitress did establish herself with us I felt like she was decent. If we had any issues with the lanes the help came in a reasonable amount of time, but all in all it was just kind of stressful.

A great evening in the southeast’s premiere Family Entertainment Center for a birthday outing playing arcade and axe throwing. Everything was clean, fun and top notch. What really made the occasion was the prompt and superior service provided by Sawyer and Justin. They were so upbeat, fun and could tell they really loved working at Stars and Strikes. They’ll both go far and my family can’t wait to Get away and Play

The manager Matt and his team were amazing! Matt ensured my daughter had a great birthday party and his team made sure that everything was organized, welcoming, and enjoyable for the kids. Even tho the party was a 10am start. But by the end my wife and I were happy we were convinced to take that slot cause the VIP area was cool and exactly what we were looking for! Everything ran well and if the kido is happy and the wife is happy, everything is full sailing for me! Loved it and will definitely be back to visit! Definitely check this location out!

Kelli was great at giving me all the options and explaining them. She was quick to answer my emails and to get me a quote. The staff at the location, Matthew, Shayla, Lou were super welcoming and got everything for us as soon as we asked. The drinks were great and the VIP area is fun. We really enjoyed the interactive bowling lanes. The bar being right there was super convenient. It looks like there was improvement in the lighting and the space which made it cozy and fun. We had a great time, I wish I booked it for longer. The food was good, Shayla was kind , attentive, and packed up the food well!! Would go here again for a company event.

I really like this place. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the food is great. I especially love the Stack and Play promotions, where you can combine up to four activities for one price—I wish this were offered every day, as we would come much more often. Please consider offering this option more frequently. I usually come with my kids and their friends, and we easily spend three to four hours enjoying the activities.
