Just WOW!!! What an amazing experience! I had the best customer service from a wonderful server I believe her name was veronisha. What a lovely young lady. The manger was also very enthusiastic and engaging with everyone. She was such a joyous young lady. I believe her name was Tinley. Both these young ladies deserve some recognition after such great customer service. So hard to come by these days!!! I will definitely be coming back here!

Shantel was very much a life saver when my sugar dropped while bowling. Without hesitation or me asking for Orange Juice she immediately grabbed it and poured! She also came to the lanes to check on me several times. I’m so thankful she knew what to do and quickly acted. We also have such a great time bowling here.

Happy hour pricing not honored tonight as I was told that the happy hour pricing is not honored if you reserve your lanes online only if you purchase a lane in person. That isnt in th3 fine print online. We didnt know that and paid over 100 bucks for something that should have cost 2.99 person during happy hour. I wasnt offered a refund or anything just told they csnt control what happens online. I like this place but specifically wen today for the sale pricing which was literally posted all over their place a d site. Its a scam if the same offer isn’t offered online.went today for a 530 reservation VIP and probably will not go back again if this is how it runs business

Fun for while family! Great birthday packages. Great adult beverage bar with many options! Friendly staff & the food was good. Chicken tenders! Pizza! Fries were so good & well cooked! The sauces were good too!! I had no complaints about the food and I always have a strong option in the food. The pizza dough was fluffy and delicious. The sauce didn’t taste like regular lame ass bowling alley sauce and the tenders had good flavor. I really enjoyed myself!

It was great we had a party there. Pizza wasnt the best it was bearable. Service was good. It was a nice place to go the laser tag was pretty cool. Did not bowl just did arcade this time.

Bought the early New Year’s Eve package for 4 ppl for close to $300. No explanation how to get the spark lanes to show videos. We had never been here before. Bowled 40 min before we finally went to counter and got some instructions. Our lane keep getting jammed and wouldn’t reset (7 times) and the button to call for help never produced any help. Had to keep going to counter and ask for help. Lost valuable bowling time. The pizza was tasteless and cold. The wings were actually very good and so were the chicken tenders and fries. Had to keep going to bar to order drinks (we spent quite alot on cocktails) and then stand there waiting for the drinks, because we saw the waitress very little. (Even though I was charge a $40 “service” fee, I assume was for a pre paid tip?) Missed out on bowling time again. When it was time for the hour of arcade play, we were so disappointed to see that half of the games were out of order. All of the good games, mind you. They all said Attendant required. The kiddie type games were all working. We were a group of adults. I didn’t want to play endless air hockey or fish bowl games! There were absolutely no attendants to be found all evening. The one game of laser that was included in the package was fun but super quick. All in all, $300 end to 2025 was not worth the money. Sad to say the night did not hold up to our expectations, especially for the price tag.

Shamar is a very handsome at that amazing location and he has great customer service skills. I’m glad he was the one that helped me and my one year-old sister find a gift that she likes from the prize section. He was very kind very sweet very handsome. My son enjoys going bowling with me at this location. He specifically requests this location. The food we’ve had over the visit has been sub par to me. We been at all times of the day and weekends. We enjoy the summer bowling program, too.

We came in and was assigned to 1 lane then was ask to move because a reservation. After 30 minutes of bowling was ask to move again. Manager stated he would give me extra time and arcade cards that I never received. Then when the party came in they were all white. Then to top it off nobody never came and sat in the lane we was from. But you moved me twice like I wasn’t spending my money also.
