Mark, an ATX Escoffier grad, makes his artisanal sandwiches, and soups from scratch, including his amazing sauces. They Feature Red Hen Kitchen Bread for their sandwiches. Husband and wife owned and operated, Starry Bites mobile kitchen found a home at Oakshire Public House. Starry Bites is committed to creating a warm and inviting space where all can enjoy good food in a comfortable space, bursting with creativity. The food is phenomenal. I tried the steak sandwich, super tender steak and well balanced flavors. The foccacia bread was the perfect carrier for the fresh and delicious ingredients. The breakfast tacos were very good and homemade salsa was fantastic. The lady who was working the register was super friendly and made you feel welcome. Definitely will be back!

The staff was attentive and very friendly. It was also in a good location at Oakshire. Unfortunately, the food options were limited and our meals were mediocre at best, especially given the prices. Definitely not a repeatable meal for us.

The food was unfortunately not good. Got the burger and priced at $18 without even having a side. The brioche bun has a texture of a tough pretzel. I hope the food quality will improve, otherwise this food truck is not worth going back to.
