I regularly drive there from Tally for the sausage and leave with not only that but some bakery and pierogi if I’m not making them on my own. One of the best fresh Polish sausage in the south. I’m from Chicago so I’m comparing to what I find there. The smoked kielbasa is good too – not fatty. I usually will grab a fresh link already cooked and suck it down in the parking lot before heading home….and the potato pancakes were awesome!!! Just like my Babcia used to make.
This past Easter I was able to make my basket of Polish food to have blessed – they had everything I needed – even the butter molded as a lamb – picture of my basket and goodies attached at the blessing on Holy Saturday. (I made the lamb cake).

We went there three times. We had a bad experience twice, and we decided not to go there anymore, but a couple of years later we decided to give this place another chance and guess what? Nothing has changed. I didn’t post a negative review at the beginning, thinking maybe it was just a lack of attention, and their bad quality food was an accident. But when we came there for the third time, I understood that people just didn’t care. The cottage cheese was expired for more than a month (we bought different brands, and they were expired a month – 1,5 ago). Their homemade sausages had some sort of dark plastic particles, it looked like pieces of bristle. I threw away one sausage because it clearly had one large piece of bristle in it (sad, I didn’t take a pic), and I though it was just in one piece. But after boiling the sausages I found small pieces in each of them. And it was NOT a black pepper or some sort of spice. I took a few of them away, they were hard to the touch. We had to toss it out.
But the biggest disappointment was the assorted chocolate cheesecake bars, that were covered with grey MOLD and had a nasty sour smell. Thank God, my child noticed it on time and I took the bars away from the kids who were in our house at the time. After this incident, I checked all the dates and this was how I found out the dairy was expired. When you go to the store, especially so small that has a limited variety of products, you don’t expect to spend extra time checking the expiration dates. Well, now I know I should always do it.
I’m glad we didn’t take any homemade food that they cooked right there, because if they can’t take care of their three pieces of cottage cheese and four pieces of chocolate bar, I just can imagine what is going on in the kitchen. I don’t even mention the attitude they have towards people who don’t speak Polish.
Sorry for posting this, but I think throwing away $120 and get food poisoning is NOT okay.

Being Polish and from the Northeast I decided to stop in and give it a try. Bought one of their house made kielbasas and was outstanding. Will be back for more and maybe try the golomkis and other Polish treats.

I am in love with this Polish/Euro food store. The employees are very helpful and try their best to accommodate you and your needs for ingredients and meats. They have a wonderful deli that has such awesome exotic quality polish meats. From Kielbasa to polekias style, it’s absolutely amazing. They also have a wonderful selection of parogies from Alexandria and handmade wrapped versions, which we found to be tiny but best around..

I was visiting my sister for her birthday. In Inverness, Florida. She told me about an authentic Polish food store. She had taken me there. I can’t find Polish food like this in Oklahoma. Being polish and originally from N. J. I miss the polish food. Glad we went I flew home several days later with fresh kielbasa, and pierogies. The store is filled with delicious hand made foods. If it’s Polish food you’ll find it there. I wish I brought another suitcase. I would have loaded up ! Shortly after getting back to O. K I enjoyed my food. Just like mom & Grandma used to make. Can’t wait till next year’s visit. Bringing a large suitcase. Just for there many different kielbasa and anything else I can fit. If you’re polish or just like Polish foods I highly recommend checking out the store. 6 large fresh vacuum sealed package of kielbasa the size of the one on the plate. And kraut /mushroom pierogies.
