Great experience. It was a 3hr cruise. Yes you get to see the sunset. The food is served around 1hr and 15 to 30mins once depart, unless you order an app. Then it comes out fast. You get bread, salad and a dessert with your dinner.
The bar is on the second deck. However you have to order through your server. Can stand outside on the back of the second deck or sit. 1st deck has a little room out front outside.
The food was really good. I got the stuffed shrimp and that sauce on there was fantastic. My wife got the red snapper and enjoyed it. My oldest got the salmon and it was a huge piece.
I did book the window seat for $25 extra but I would not again. The windows are huge and only a few tables in the middle of both floors anyways. Plus we spent most of our time on the back deck after we ate.
Get there early as they start boarding 30mins early and they go ahead and take food and drink orders.
Dancing and 1st deck after the meal. Second deck is quieter with just speakers playing the music from downstairs. They have already assigned the tables once you board. So they will tell you where to sit.

Went on the StarLite Sapphire Dinner Cruise to celebrate a good friend’s 60th birthday. Several of us showed up to surprise the Birthday Girl. The staff were unbelievably kind and accommodating. The boat is immaculate, with more than enough space for all of the different celebrating groups onboard (there were 5 or 6 birthdays; 2 or 3 anniversaries; and at least 1 couple who were going to get married on the boat at a future date). The ride was so smooth that you may never have known that we were sailing unless you looked out the window at the horizon. The weather was fantastic and the sunset from the upper deck on the stern was unforgettable. Service begins with drink and appetizer orders, and sailing begins after placing your entree order. There were about 10 entrees to select from, everything from Blackened Chicken Alfredo to Crab Stuffed Shrimp to Salmon to Pork Ribeye. All entrees came with a nice dinner salad consisting of mixed greens, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds and a nice strawberry vinaigrette. Entrees also included a slice of caramel oreo cheesecake. Fresh baked bread with an amazing garlic olive oil balsamic reduction accompanied the meal. The food exceeded all expectations, although the balsamic drizzle on the Chicken Spinachi was VERY vinegary. There’s a full bar and the drinks were well prepared and delicious. It’s not an inexpensive evening out, but worth every penny when celebrating a special occasion. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to book your dinner cruise and enjoy a truly special night!

Celebrated our anniversary on the sunset dinner cruise. Ticketing / boarding was smooth and quick. We were seated on upper deck which was a great view. Our server Steff greeted us immediately when we were seated. She explained the menu and let us know what to expect. The food and drinks were wonderful. Also surprisingly very affordable. On par with local restaurants/ bars. We got to see some dolphins and a very beautiful sunset over the bay / gulf. Would highly recommend for a romantic evening.

Was a sunset cruise but left after dark which we knew before we left. Would be good as sunset gets later in the evening. Food was rubber chicken and small portions. I had the Chateau Brion and stuff shrimp it tasted like pot roast and over cooked shrimp. Dj for music and it is a 3 hr cruise. Best part of the evening was i got the Dj to play the Gillian island theme song.

We were at our table when the ceiling started pouring water over us. They moved us to a new table (not by a window which we paid extra for) moved us to a window when they realized. About 10 minutes later, we were being leaked on again. The cake we prepaid $50 for was a frozen Walmart cake. All in all it was about who I was with, but the experience left much to be desired. The manager sent us drinks to apologize. And while I appreciated the sentiment, we already had a bottle of “champagne”, so we didn’t really need more alcohol. We didn’t want dinner (their dinners are way overpriced for the quality of ingredients they use) but we were offered 4x. I’m sure the server was worried about their tip without dinner service, but we knew we weren’t going to eat before we took the cruise and planned to tip the server based on what we would have spent on dinner anyway.
Overall, other than a leaky boat and subpar quality for what you’re paying for it’s a good experience. I mean, who doesn’t love being out on the gulf at sunset with someone they love?

May 3, 2025 was a rainy day but the rain paused so it was a good ride. Just a few things should be fixed(older boat) crew was polite, servers were polite, the sweet tea needed better flavor, soda was flat and still flat after fixed other drinks were super. Food was great .
